E	Erika L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 2 nights after a long hiking trip so we could use the swimming pool and rest out a bit. The stuffs are friendly the room was clean plus point for the lighting - it was pretty handy. Btw the breakfast was also nice.

L	Luis Lake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing hotel, they definitely know how to honor their stars. They hotel has a such relaxing vibe, from the check in to the check out. Super well located, 5 minutes or less to restaurants and bar. The spar area is surreal, the open sky hot tube, the view to the mountains from the pool, all of these makes a massive difference when you are looking to rest and relax. The room is extremely comfortable, with great pressure shower, and nice soft towels. The breakfast on Saturday in particular was beautiful, full of choices from cakes, cheese, bread and fruits, on Sunday and Monday didn’t have as much variety as Saturday, but it was still amazing and fresh. I would 100% stay there again, and recommend this hotel to anyone.

D	David Maniccia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was a pleasant surprise. My wife and I had an open day on a week-long road trip through Italy and Austria and on a whim I booked a room at Grauer Bar. What a great choice! I was graciously welcomed (in English!) upon arrival and found we had been upgraded to a better room. The room was two doors down from the pool which allowed my wife and I a chance to take a very relaxing and much needed swim before heading out for dinner for the evening. The room was spacious and exceedingly clean. The bar service that evening was awesome. We were quickly served a nice local beer prior to going out on the town. One problem was that the AC was not very effective and my room overlooked a bar that was quite busy that night. So I alternated opening the windows and hearing the noise, and closing the windows and sweating like crazy. But the location was near some great restaurants. It was a bit of a let down the hotel restaurant was closed, but there are plenty of choices within easy walking distance.
C	Charlotta R (My best life) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms but they seem to have a logistics and personnel problem. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and at 15.00 hours several rooms were not ready. Them they also allocated the wrong room to one of our party: and the key card that they gave the other guest also openend the room door. Not the greatest security mindset. Breakfast was good. Bar service was limited.
