★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rustic, traditional hotel is located beautifully surrounded by nature and mountains, and offers great opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, skiing and more.
The rooms themselves are rather barebones, unfortunately - outdated bathroom, weak WIFI, small TV and not much else. Room service has to be ordered down at the restaurant, with the food itself being quite good. The gym is located outside the main building, which makes for an unpleasant walk through the snow in winter.
If you plan on being active outside the whole day, Gasthof Schörhof is a decent stay. Just don’t expect too much in terms of comfort, amenities or cheap prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel with a nice wellness for reasonable price. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The ski area is about 15-20 minutes drive from the hotel or you can use the ski bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant, what I tried at least, was cozy but not the best food. Basing basically on the food, the prices are pretty expensive for the quality they offer. But this is not what really anoyed me, since I got the bill and they charged me 1,40 Euro for two little glass of tap water? Who the hell you think you are guys? Hotel Rich in New York? That should be completely forbidden, not really sure if they charge me because I was foreigner (Although all my friends were locals) or because that's simply the policy of the restaurant. Won't be back for sure.
