C	Chege 120 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 1 1/2 Stunden zuerst Hauptspeise vor Vorspeise bekommen. Auf der Rechnung 1l Wasser und ein Bier zu viel verrechnet. Keine Entschuldigung der Bedienung. Bei gehobener Gastronomie würde ich mir das doch erwarten. Essen war gut, Service Katastrophe. After 1 1/2 hours you get the main course before the starter. On the bill 1l of water and one beer are charged too much. No apologies from the waitress. With upscale gastronomy, I would expect that. Food was good, service disaster.

Many thanks for this enrichment in Saalfelden! :-) We have now been there 3 times and each time it was simply wonderful! Especially the sharing menu just puts you in a good mood ?

Auch die a la carte Kollegen waren happy. Schöne Räume, toller Servic, gute Weine – wir waren rundum zufrieden. Topp. We were there with a large group there and all all over. The menu of the cod and cattle was consistently fantastic and its money more than worth. Even the a la carte colleagues were happy. Beautiful rooms, great servic, good wines - we were completely satisfied. Topp.
M	Mucki 94 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben einen Tisch für 4 Personen reserviert. Das Personal war bei der Begrüßung höchst unfreundlich und sehr abwertend. Nachdem wir uns setzten, mussten wir ca. 20 Minuten warten bis uns jemand die Karte brachte. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir entweder das Menü oder aus der Karte bestellen könnten. Zur Auswahl gab es auch ein vegetarisches Menü. Nachdem wir weitere 20 Minuten auf die Kellnerin warteten, orderten wir 3 mal das normale und 1 mal das vegetarische Menü. Die Kellnerin sagte uns höchst genervt, das dies nicht möglich sei. Entweder essen alle das gleiche oder wir müssten aus der Karte bestellen. Weil wir uns einen netten Abend machen wollten, stimmten wir noch überein und bestellten 4 mal das normale Menü. Der Wein den wir dazu bestellten, wurde zweimal vergessen. Nachdem ich die Kellnerin ein weiteres mal nach dem Wein fragte, antwortete sie mir ob ich nicht sehe das sie zu tun hat. Der erste Gang kam dann erst nach 60 Minuten. Das Essen war zwar teilweise sehr gut, aber leider wurden Beilagen vergessen. Der Preis war sehr hoch und nachdem wir mit Karte zahlen wollten kam natürlich eine weitere unfreundliche Bemerkung der Kellnerin. Dem Essen gebe ich 3 Sterne, der Bedienung gar keinen weil jeder Dönerladen mehr Ahnung von gastronomischen Service hat! We reserved a table for 4 people. The staff was extremely rude and very dismissive upon greeting. After we sat down, we had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to bring us the menu. We were advised that we could either order from the menu or from the menu. There was also a vegetarian menu to choose from. After waiting another 20 minutes for the waitress, we ordered 3 times the normal menu and 1 time the vegetarian menu. The waitress told us very annoyed that this was not possible. Either everyone eats the same thing or we have to order from the menu. Because we wanted to have a nice evening, we agreed and ordered 4 times the normal menu. The wine we ordered was forgotten twice. After I asked the waitress again about the wine, she answered me if I didn't see that she was busy. The first course came after 60 minutes. The food was partly very good, but unfortunately side dishes were forgotten. The price was very high and after we wanted to pay by card, the waitress made another unfriendly remark. I give the food 3 stars, the service none because every kebab shop has more knowledge of gastronomic service!

Leider war das Essen nicht der große wow Effekt. Wenn man das Essen vom Vorgänger gewohnt war, ist hier definitiv noch Luft nach oben, zumindest beim Menü welches wir hatten. Hätte hier definitiv etwas mehr Kreativität erwartet und auch vom Geschmack her... Preislich daher auch für die Performance nicht gerade günstig! The staff tried hard against the other users, there were also several waiters who came over and asked ... Unfortunately, the food wasn't the big wow effect. If you were used to the food from the previous guest, there is definitely room for improvement here, at least with the menu we had. Definitely would have expected a little more creativity here and also in terms of taste ... In terms of price, therefore, not exactly cheap for the performance!
