Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. A very dear fully managed hotel. The staff is super nice, very courteous and extremely helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The wellness area is very nicely designed. I would love to come back.
V	Victor Akkersdijk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hartelijke ontvangst, zeer flexibel over de kamer indeling (dubbel bed opnieuw opmaken naar twin) en we mochten na het uitchecken 's Middags nog gebruik maken van de douche. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt en redelijk dicht bij de Giggijoch lift, maar iets verder van het centrum (10 minuten lopen). Had 5 sterren gekregen als het bij de entree niet zo naar rook had geroken. Gelukkig was de kamer zelf rookvrij. Warm welcome, very flexible about the room layout (make a double bed again to twin) and we were allowed to use the shower in the afternoon after checking out. Delicious full breakfast and fairly close to the Giggijoch lift, but a little further from the center (10 minutes walk). Would have gotten 5 stars if it hadn't smelled so of smoke at the entrance. Fortunately the room itself was non-smoking.

In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die giggijochbahn - Zimmergröße + Balkon - Bad und Toilette waren separat, was auch ganz angenehm war - Masken liegen an Rezeption kostenlos bereit Negativ: - Rezeption praktisch durchgehend nicht besetzt (außer zur Frühstückszeit haben wir dort in 5 Tagen niemanden gesehen) - durch das Glänzen mit Abwesenheit dauert das Bearbeiten von (auch dringenden) Angelegenheiten leider teilweise unangemessen lange - selbst Personal trägt keine Maske, auch wenn man selbst eine trägt und der Person unmittelbar gegenüber steht Fazit: Trotz der negativen Punkte war die Lage unschlagbar gut. Das Frühstück hatte zwar vor allem für Vegetarier keine große Auswahl aber hat dennoch gereicht. Solange bei einem zweiten Aufenthalt die Kommunikation verbessert wurde, würden wir wiederkommen. Positive: - great location. In a few minutes you can walk to the giggijochbahn - Room size + balcony - Bathroom and toilet were separate, which was also quite pleasant - Masks are available free of charge at the reception Negative: - Reception practically unmanned (except at breakfast time we didn't see anyone there in 5 days) - due to the glamor of absence, the processing of (even urgent) matters unfortunately sometimes takes an unreasonably long time - even staff does not wear a mask, even if you wear one yourself and are directly opposite the person Conclusion: Despite the negative points, the location was unbeatable. The breakfast didn't have a large selection, especially for vegetarians, but it was enough. As long as communication improved on a second stay we would return.
