★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lovely and cozy hotel, recommended! 2-3 minute walk from the train station (Zillertal bahn). Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Wifi, breakfast, nice rooms and hot water for a fair price.

Something in this place makes me feel at home, makes me come back to it again and again, and again.
The location is amazing, one minute from the train station of Mayrhofen, which gives you great access to everywhere...I usually reach Mayrhofen by train, so it saves me to pay for a taxi. Easy to get to Penken or every ski resort in the Zillertal valley by train or bus. Even in summer, all the buses to the famous locations stop by the train station.
The rooms are lovely, clean big and comfy, there are car parking, small gym, Ping Pong Table and plenty of space to spend time with friends in the evenings.
But above all, AMAZING hospitality. Whatever question I had, and I had a lot of questions...I always got a detailed answer and all the help I could have ever ask for, and way more. I own a lot of my good experience in Mayrhofen to Katharina, her husband, and their staff.
Summer or winter, the Zillertal valley is always beautiful, and I will keep coming back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quite place with great view (if you will be lucky). Very helpful and friendly family. The breakfast is not great. No hot food, even eggs. No hot milk, cheese and sausage are not tasty. Could be better comparing to other guesthouses. Wi-Fi connection is quite bad (the signal is often disappearing) and limited to 300 Mb / day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay with friendly staff and the most amazing beds. We stayed here for Snowbombing '18 and the location is just at the train station. Close enough to walk into town but far enough to actually not be disturbed by the late night music.
Breakfast doesn't have earn food like someone stated in another review but we didn't think that was a problem. We had brand new beds in our room and we slept like a king and a queen.
Will definitely try to stay here for next years Snowbombing.
