★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel facilities are without compare - the room was enormous and it was well cleaned. The sauna and swimming pool were an unexpected extra that I could appreciate. The location - right next to the bus stop headed for the village as well as the slopes - impeccable. I have but one point of critique, and that is one that applies to all of Austria. When I come to breakfast a minute early, or a minute late, I am barred from entering. That part of the hospitality business can definitely be improved upon. Other than that, my stay was above and beyond expectation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay at Erika. The ski bus stops right in front of the hotel, literally in front of the door of the ski-depot of the hotel. The food was of very good quality and had plenty of choice everyday, well balanced dishes with enough vegetables. The wellness is way above the average hotel, with 5 different sauna's of good size and a nice swimming pool. Staff is really friendly and we had a nice view from our room at the fortress. Would certainly recommend for a stay in Nauders!
