Hotel Margarete Maultasch

Nach 10 Tagen Urlaub im Hotel Margarete Maultasch können wir nur sagen: PERFEKT! Absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen wieder. Der Service sucht seinesgleichen, alle sind absolut hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war wunderschön mit Ausblick auf den Hausberg. Für Mountainbiker stehen Radkeller und Waschstation zur Verfügung

Ein sehr familiäres Hotel mit vorzüglichem Abendessen und tollem Wellnessbereich mit riesigem Schwimmbad! Das Frühstück war auch sehr nett, das Personal sehr freundlich und an der Reinlichkeit oder weiteren Dingen gab es ebenfalls nichts zu meckern. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus war kostenfrei und der Skibus hält auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, soweit alles top! Einzig das Bad unseres Zimmers war weit weg von heutigem(wohl auch damaligem) Standard. Nicht bzgl. des Zustands oder der Reinlichkeit, leider ist es einfach fehlgeplant(siehe Bilder). Ein Erwachsener ab mittlerer Größe kann das WC nicht nutzen ohne mit den Beinen unter dem Waschbecken zu sitzen... Außerdem war die Klappwand der Badewanne über dem Übergang von Fliesen zu Wanne auszufalten, was bei Nutzung der Dusche jeweils zu einem See im Eingang des Bades sorgte. Denn das Gefälle der Fliesen endete am Wannenrand. Dem tollen Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich, sowie dem tollen mehrgängigen Abendessen jeden Tag wegen haben wir trotzdem eine tolle Zeit dort verbracht! GERN WIEDER (dann aber in einem anderen Zimmer)

Klasse leistbares Hotel mitten im Ort von Nauders. Hotel Magsrete Maultasch bietet einen tollen Service für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Design der Zimmer und der Hotel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Geschnackssache. Top Essen, grosser Saunabereich, Schwimmbad, etc. Alles für einen entspannten und komfortablen Aufenthalt!

Sehr gutes Hotel. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Super Service und freundliches Personal. Gute Laune ist Hausmotto. Saubere Zimmer, toller Wellnessbereich. Skikeller nur wenige Schritte vom Skibus entfernt. Essen ist hervorragend. Toller Hotelbar mit großem Kaminzimmer mit Blick auf die Burg und die Berge. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und gut erholt. War schon 7 Mal zu Gast. Nette, familiäre Atmosphäre. Sehr gutes Essen. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Prima Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

I a "Dulux double room" with a balcony and a view of the mountain. I can see a very small bit of the mountain, and very much more of the hotel next door. Thankfully there's a poster of the mountain so I'm able to remember what it looks like. The room is very big. The decor is all over the place? "Route 66" in the Austrian Alps? Ok? Overall this hotel sucks.

the service is in top. the staff is very friendly and professional everything just work. the rooms are big (familyroom) clean and the daily cleaning is again in top and the staff leaves small surprises in the way the do the linen and they setup the teddy bears our kids brought with them. not much but gives you a good feeling. the food served is somehow simple but good and the quality is very good as again the service is. we certainly come back

What we enjoyed - Most of your staff (especially reception, room cleaners, breakfast staff) were very helpful and nothing was too much for them. - Our room was very comfortable and large. - Afternoon coffee and cake is offered between 3pm and 5pm. A good idea to encourage all residents to relax together in one place. - The sauna, steam and shower area we very clean and nice What was not so enjoyable - The man serving at the bar is in the wrong job, or he should be re-trained in Customer Service. His attitide to customers is too formal and unfriendly. You see that not many people sit at the bar, right? Because they don't feel welcome. You will see that your income from the bar is not very high, because people don't like him. The bar needs to be a place of atmosphere and socialising. example; I brought my own beer to the evening meal because your hotel doesn't include any drinks. This is not explained when we make the booking. When he arrived to our table, he was very 'sharp' towards me in explaining that i was not allowed to bring my own drink. He was not kind and should have allowed me to finish my drink. As a result, I left my family at the table eating, and I finished my beer in my room. I spent no more money at his bar for the rest of the week. Example; Someone arrived at the coffee machine for the free coffee one afternoon at 16:55 and he told them in a very unfriendly way to hurry up as the free coffee machine was being switched off. In my opinion, the person at the bar should always be sociable, kind and friendly. This person needs a special quality where they get to know the customers (Like a good friend). If someone does something wrong, he should be kind, offer a solution and even provide a free drink to show kindness. Other guests in the hotel also commented on this feeling. - The swimming pool is 3 degress too cold. Therefore only children use it. - Childfren make too much noise in the pool, so no-one can relax. A solution to this, is make the pool available to families until 18:00, then make it available to Adults-Only between 18:00 and 21:00. - The pool and spa is not open long enough. Many people here commented that they want to use the spa and pool after dinner, but it's all closed. - Afternoon coffee and cake should change every day. People become bored with the same cake. Also offer ice-cream - For an inclusive evening meal, there is noi warning that drinks are not included. This needs to be made clear on the room reservation page. - Free water should be available in the hotel at all times. a jug of water should at least be provided at each table for the evening meal. - The shower water during the day is too cold. - The evening menu is not varied enough. At least once per week, there should be a buffet. Also, people should be offered a basket of chips (pom fritte). With a more friendly staff at the bar, things like free water and a variety of cakes, people will then see that you are offering more and exceeding their expectations, then we as customers will spend more money at the bar and recommend you to our friends.
