Not informed that card payment was not allowed for transactions less than 100€ when booking and subsequently was refused payment by card. This resulted in additional bank fees as had to withdraw cash on the spot up the street. Staff member was unpleasant, rude and loudly argued with me that it was not fair that the company had to pay fees - not the ideal situation for what was suppose to be a relaxing experience. Warning for others!
P	Philippe Parys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel with nice terrace, covered swimming pool and garden. Everything is very clean. Confortable and big room. Extremely quite. 3 course dinner, salad bar, cheese soup, tasty vegetarian main course. Perfect stay.
W	Why not? on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not one star. People who voted this hotel with 4 or 5 stars had never been in a 4 or 5 star hotel. Check in/out took a long time. Staff at the reception rude. Big smell from chlorine in the ground and 1st floor from the swimming pool. Maybe dangerous for the kids or babys. Be careful! Spa is closing at 7 pm. The restaurant closed 8 pm. The staff was not helpful to provide us food after 8 pm. All 4 or 5 stars hotel's i have been, provided a 24 hours room service. We were lucky to find a restaurant in the village for dinner. We booked a room with a queen size bed. We had a room where they put two single beds together. The mattress was a shame, too soft and very old. Could not sleep in the night. We got an over priced small room and the internet did not work in the room. The room was old, not stylish and the carpet was smelling. An old fashion TV with an unclear picture. The bathroom outdated and no water pressure. Any way my wife and me had a good laugh about this nightmare. Not choose this hotel again. The stay was a nightmare. When I see the reviews I can't believe it. Just a guess - they bought the reviews. If my review was helpful, please like it. Thank you.
c	chou tsung-yi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel service is excellent, I left my BOSE NC700 headphone in the hotel, they can arrange express to my place in the Netherlands. Very helpful staffs, very large ski room to keep your boots ski and snowboard dry after the day. The restaurant in the resort is also very good. Sauna rooms are 2 and 1 steam room, after going to the sauna you can easily go to an open place to enjoy fresh air, very cozy but I were not allowed to take a picture since sauna dress. My friend went to the swimming pool seems nice. A minute walk to the ski bus stop and 3 mins walk to get the ski pass. Room facilities are modern and nice, warm and comfortable. I will decently recommend and go again by myself.

A	Anneke Verbeeck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tirolerhof in Nauders. The rooms were spacious, the swimming pool and sauna luxurious, the food was excellent. We felt a perfect mix between professionalism and warm, amicable family-like feeling with the staff. We wished we had brought Blanca with us in our suitcase home ;-) There was so much to do and see in the area of the three countries that we lacked time to do it all. We will definitely return!

We payed for 1 liter 3,00 euro. That's the reason that I give your hotel a good instead of very good. I hope that you will change it because a profit off 300% is a lot!
