Hab alles schnell bekommen. Und so extrem schrecklich ist es drinnen auch nicht. After the reviews here, I was very afraid that I would not get my package from DHL, but in fact it worked great. Got everything quickly. And it's not that terrible inside.

Hat mit ws ihrem Sohn ewig diskutiert (andere Sprache daher nichts verstandem) bis sie dann mein Paket einfach aggressiv rübergeschobem hat mit den Worten: Hier nehmen Sie! Einmal und nie wieder, da laufe ich lieber 500m zu einem anderen Paketshop, unterstütze den und habe eine freundlichere Begegnung. Was served very rude, no hello or something like that. Has discussed with her son for ages (so I didn't understand other language) until she pushed my package over aggressively with the words: Here you take it! Once and never again, I prefer to walk 500m to another parcel shop, support them and have a friendlier encounter.

Als ich nach meinen zweiten Paket fragte sagte man mir ich solle am nächsten Tag kommen obwohl mein Paket schon seit zwei Tagen dort lag laut Benachrichtigen. Hat eigentlich keinen Stern verdient. Lasst eure Pakete woanders liefen und apart euch den Ärger. Very unfriendly service. The lady had her son work. When I asked for my second package, they told me to come the next day even though my package had been there for two days, according to Notify. Did not deserve a star. Leave your packages somewhere else and save your trouble.
F	Florian Mavec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte mir ein Paket im Shop abholen. Dabei war die Bedienung am Telefon und hat mir unfreundlich gesagt ich soll selber suchen. Ich konnte bei dem Saustall nichts finden und sie hat lautstark weitertelefoniert. Als ich nichts gefunden habe hat sie angefangen alle Pakete unvorsichtig herumzuschmeißen und konnte es trotzdem nicht finden. Sie hat mich vertröstet, dass ich am nächsten Tag nochmal kommen soll (obwohl das Paket vor 3 Tagen angekommen ist). Am nächsten Tag stand ich dann pünktlich zur Öffnungszeit da und hab sogar 15 Mins gewartet, aber es wurde nicht geöffnet. Zusätzlich scheint in dem Laden keine Maskenpflicht zu gelten. I wanted to pick up a package in the shop. The waitress was on the phone and told me unfriendly to look for it myself. I couldn't find anything in the mess and she continued calling loudly. When I couldn't find anything, she started to throw all the parcels around carelessly and still couldn't find it. She put me off that I should come back the next day (although the package arrived 3 days ago). The next day I was there just in time for opening hours and even waited 15 mins, but it was not opened. In addition, there seems to be no mask requirement in the shop.

Man sucht sich sein Paket am besten selbst, weil denen fehlt der Überblick, so ein Chaos herrscht dort. Außerdem ist Hygiene ein Fremdwort, die Frau hat auch keine Maske getragen. Als ich sie darauf hinweise, wird sie laut. Lasst eure Pakete woanders hin liefern, wenn ihr nicht angeschnauzt werden wollt, nie wieder lasse ich dorthin liefern!
