Very bad experience with this hotel. Expensive and not worth it!!!! They are not dog friendly and I would not advice to come there with your dog. They will give you the ugliest room in the whole hotel, where you can clearly see that all furniture was bitten by dogs. Breakfast would be brilliant if there would be no black hairs. Spa, swimming pool did not disappoint, was excellent.

A combination of fantastic staff, delicious food and a well stocked bar make this the ideal destination for anyone looking to enjoy the snow and sights of Seefeld. My family and I usually make a point of never visiting the same place twice, but have added the Bergland to our calendar year after year to relax, enjoy snow sports and take in the beautiful scenery of the Tirol mountains. A warm atmosphere and a roaring fire adds to the ambiance of the hotel night after night, which you spend comfortably in the quiet, generously sized bedrooms and comfy beds. The cleaning staff also deserve recognition for their personal touches to add a bit of magic to any holiday. Special mentions go to Roman and Roland of the bar and restaurant staff that never cease to ensure we have a wonderful time. Hotel Bergland advertises itself as a family run hotel and time after time we have felt a part of that family. I find myself looking forward to returning year after year.

The only thing that let this place down was the seating in the communal areas. It was all very new and modern looking, but I just couldn't get comfortable on any of it. Other than that the hotel was excellent, and very well located for everything, from getting to the ski slopes and cross-country tracks, to going to the shops, or getting a bus or train to another area. The staff were lovely, the food was tasty and plentiful (as it generally is in Austria), the room was comfortable, and the spa area was amazing (just be warned that the sauna/steam area is a "naked zone", which is also common in that part of the world).

This is a gem of a hotel. Convenient location just 5 mins walk from the town centre and 10 mins walk to the main ski schools. The hotel has very good facilities including a quality wellness area and pool and with modern, well appointed bar and lounge areas. Rooms are of a good standard with a choice of accommodation however, what sets the hotel apart from some of the others is the exceptional level of service offered by the staff together with some extraordinarily good food. The hotel is of medium size but still retains a wonderful family feel where nothing is too much trouble. A most enjoyable stay, we'll be returning.

I only went here at night to meet friends. They enjoyed the all inclusive deal. Drinks were expensive. Cola €3.50, vodka €2.50 but if they mixed the drinks it was €9!
