K	Kathleen Nixon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garage expensive , awkwardand inconvenient. Segregated from other guestsat breakfast they are 4 star we are not but we dont know why. Poor information re access when the festival blocked the hotel. Staff are very good particularly Rene. Overall enjoyed our stay.

BUT - it was much nicer and a better experience than expected for being a hotel restaurant. In fact, it served the best entrecote (ribeye) steak I had during our three-week travel through Europe, and it paired it with a nicely balanced Austrian wine. Our party of six (including two chilren at 9 and 12) were all very well fed, with great dinners and desserts. Much better than expected, and I would go again for the meat alone.

Stylish room varieties, excellent restaurant and staff, unbeatable view to mountains and one of best location (downtown, 5min walk to train station, groceries and shops are around the corner. The only thing that is required is Fitness room maintenance, machines are almost outdated and in bad shape.

The staff in both the bar and restaurant very helpful. The meal was more than we expected and the winelist suitable for all budgets. A great experience.
J	Juan Jose Durillo Barrionuevo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be there on a weekend with my wife. The hotel need a some renovation work, specially the spa. The mattress are old and uncomfortable. Wife (7 month pregnant back them) asked to change, but the new one (if changed was the same). Also asked an extra pillow but the guy at desk could not take any because apparently he doesn't have the key to enter the storage room. Then he brought a pillow from one of the sofa at the reception... Very nice of him but not really keen of sleeping where everyone seats on.... If you only care about food and the previous points are secondary issue.. then go: food is quality and quantity wise excellent

I was offered another room (first with extra payment, later after complaint for free) but this room was like a sauna. So I had to choose: Noisy room or extremely hot room. But the receptionist had to go home at 22.30h otherwise she would have missed a bus and had to pay for a taxi. The people here only care about themselves, the customer service afterwords was awful.

The room wasn't as nice and comfortable and the temperature wasn't propery regulated... So we didn't sleep so well. We were denied the possibility of upgrading to the "Halbpension" because they wanted us to pay more as if we were external guests to the restaurant, canceled some activities, masseuse never showed up for a booked session, an uncomfortable situation at the spa with a male from staff, among others... But they did expect and even charged us with tips. The one star is probably because breakfast was nice most days (once the fruits were somewhat stale).
