★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È certamente una struttura da tenere in considerazione se si vuole soggiornare in questa località nella modalità appartamento. I servizi offerti sono minimali ma l'appetibilità sta nel prezzo, l'estrema vicinanza al centro del paese nonché l'ormai consueta gentilezza tirolese. La prossimità al Waldsee, ed al bosco che lo circonda, è un altro punto di forza. Gli appuntamenti sono molto gradevoli e forniti di tutto il necessario per la permanenza (gli elettrodomestici presenti sono ben più di quelli in altre strutture con più stelle). La cortesia della proprietaria è notevole e ben gradita. Unica nota stonata, solo per alcune stanze, è la contiguità con la Innsbruckner St. che in alcuni momenti del giorno, a finestre aperte, potrebbe divenire fastidiosa. Per il resto è "Seefeld, what else?".
 It is certainly a structure to be taken into consideration if you want to stay in this location in the apartment mode. The services offered are minimal but the palatability is in the price, the extreme closeness to the center of the country as well as the by now usual Tyrolean kindness. The proximity to the Waldsee, and the forest that surrounds it, is another strong point. The appointments are very pleasant and provided with everything necessary for the stay (the appliances present are much more than those in other structures with more stars). The courtesy of the owner is remarkable and very welcome. The only discordant note, only for some rooms, is the contiguity with Innsbruckner St. that in some moments of the day, with open windows, could become annoying. For the rest it is "Seefeld, what else?".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice appartement, we were in a studio and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, although quite small big enough for 2 people. The beds were really comfortable. Haus Andreas is short walking distance to a supermarket and the centre is very close by as well. It was perfect for our week stay. We were able to enjoy the sun on our little balcony as well. The hostess was very accommodating and friendly in every way. Loved it, and would recommend it to my friends and family wanting to visit Seefeld.
