★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Moped ist beim Ossi bestens aufgehoben, fachlich und menschlich kompetent kümmert er sich darum das die Gixxn immer in einem absoluten Top Zustand ist. Er hat auch ein Herz für ältere Motorräder, besonders zu schätzen weiß ich seine Erfahrung und das er sein Know How auch gerne weitergibt.
My moped is in good hands with the Ossi, technically and humanly competent, he takes care that the Gixxn is always in an absolute top condition. He also has a heart for older motorcycles, I particularly appreciate his experience and that he also likes to pass on his know-how.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei einem Motoradunfall im Ötztal im Juli 2019 wurde unsere Suzuki GSF 1200 Bandit schwer beschädigt, ein Teil des Motorblocks war raus gebrochen und der Zünddeckel war vollkommen zerstört. Nach etlichen Telefonaten gelangten wid zu Ossi. Er bot an, den Deckel per Express zu bestellen und sich den Schaden am Bike anzuschauen. Wir brachten die Maschine mit dem Hänger hin und nach sorgfältiger Prüfung war er zur Reparatur bereit. Wie versprochen, konnten wir unsere Maschine am nächsten Tag einsatzbereit abholen, obwohl der Deckel nicht gekommen war ... Ossi hatte kurzerhand von dergleichen Maschine seines Mechanikers den Deckel abgeschraubt, damit wir unseren Motorradurlaub fortsetzen konnten. Und da sag noch einer, es gibt keine Engel mehr ... Ossi hat heute das Gegenteil bewiesen. Tausend Dank dafür :-)
In a motor accident in the Ötztal in July 2019, our Suzuki GSF 1200 Bandit was badly damaged, part of the engine block was broken out and the ignition cover was completely destroyed. After several phone calls, wid came to Ossi. He offered to order the lid by express and to look at the damage to the bike. We brought the machine with the trailer and after careful inspection, he was ready for repair. As promised, we were able to pick up our machine the next day, although the lid had not come ... Ossi had unceremoniously unscrewed the lid of the same machine of his mechanic, so we could continue our motorcycle holiday. And there's another one, there are no angels anymore ... Ossi proved the opposite today. A thousand thanks for that :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unaufgeraeumter Laden mit Tendenz zum Chaos. Genauso wie der Chef der meine Kaufunterlagen nicht mehr finden konnte. Kein Geschäft wie man es sich bei einem Motorradkauf erwartet. Glaube ich waehre bei einem anderen Suzukihaendler in Tirol besser aufgehoben gewesen. Von mir keine Empfehlung
Very untidy shop with a tendency to chaos. Just as the boss of my purchase documents could not find. No business as one would expect when buying a motorcycle. I think I would have been better off with another Suzuki dealer in Tyrol. No recommendation from me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Konnten uns kurzfristig bei einer Panne während der Motorrad Tour weiter helfen. Etwas teuer, aber das Geld durchaus wert. Eben Suzuki Werkstatt.
Very helpful and friendly staff. We were able to help us with a breakdown during the motorcycle tour at short notice. A little expensive, but well worth the money. Just a Suzuki workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had the misfortune of going to this shop back in 2015 with worn out chain and sprockets. We had no choice but to order replacement parts from him, his price was extremely expensive but as we where stuck, and had no choice but to go ahead with the repair. We told him that our bike was a dual clutch transmission and was different to the manual trans model. We waited an extra day for the parts to arrive then had the new parts fitted, the following day we left in the rain, everything seemed normal until we approach a down hill left corner. My husband later told me that the transmission would not down change, and we nearly lost control, he was at a loss as to why the bike was doing this.We continued on to Bregenz to a Honda dealer who found that manual sprockets had been fitted which where wrong which caused the bike to go into limp mode, making it very dangerous to ride. This situation should never have happened if they took the time to check the old sprockets against the new ones. They would have seen the number of teeth where different , the business deserves not one star for nearly causing us to have an accident. Find another bike shop to work on your bike.
