★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff woke up at 4 am to call in a Taxi for me. Close to all attractions and metro station. Only draw back is no AC and fans cannot help during hit days..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is quite small and narrow with the fan in the room not working. There is also no AC but check-in and check-out is fine. It's also about 15 mins walk to Sigmund Freud Museum or a short walk to the old town of Vienna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very kind and helpful, with very fast turnaround time on a Wi-Fi problem they had. Rooms are nice, location is good. Breakfast was surprisingly varied (especially for low carb options) and quite tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable rooms. Not spotless but fine and a great value. No air conditioning so that could be an issue on a hot day (but a large fan is in the room). Solid WiFi. Five star rating because the staff was pleasant and accommodating (stored my bicycle before checkin as I went off to explore city).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this place in October 2016. It is a no frills but still very clean and admirable little hotel very close to the subway stop. We have fond memories of Vienna and the charm of this hotel was part of it.
They had a good breakfast and staff were very accommodating.
As I said before this hotel is not a luxury hotels by any means but is amazing value for the money. Very oldschool styled hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, friendly staff. A bit obscure but nice decorations everywhere. However the room could use improvements (it was really outdated), double bed was just 2 regular beds with wooden frames next to each other (~5 cm between mattresses), the fan in the bathroom couldn't be turned off and it was pretty noisy and the breakfast starts at 7:30 (which is pretty late - if you need to be somewhere at 8:00 there is no way to make it...)
