ש	שובל רם אספיד on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is clean and the rooms are big, but the breakfast is not the kind of a 5 star hotel. I’m currently in the hotel, and I am very disappointed about it. Too simple, and the food choice is nerrow. Not what I was expecting of a Hilton.
A	Alannah Wade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for dinner on our last night to the Emile restaurant which we heard served amazing food. Upon our arrival the waiter who sat us down seemed either hungover/ didn’t want to be there. As we ordered our food he wasn’t helpful with recommendations and also was huffing and leaning up against the wall while we ordered. We looked around to see if he was like this with his other tables, he was not… He got one of our orders wrong. That issue was sorted promptly. We just felt that he wasn’t interested in our table cause we were young guests (both 21) which was a shame considering all the good things we heard about the restaurant. Apart from that our room and other staff were very helpful. Shame this had to happen on our last night.

I was able to walk to all the main sights, plus the tram stop right in front of the hotel and train station 2 streets away made traveling to the airport or main train station very easy, even with all my luggage. Buffet breakfast has a great selection to choose between and I had a lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant. Service was very attentive. Gym had a good variety of equipment in new condition. Hotel room is very modern, spacious and clean. Was very impressed with the size of the desk and comfort of the office chair, which made catching up on work easy. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions I had. Hotel was also very quiet and easy to sleep and the balcony views from the top floor are beautiful. Perfect to watch sunrise and sunset. Very happy with my stay and would recommend it to everyone.

k	keegan howe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful property. I truly enjoyed my stay at the the Vienna plaza. Everything was terrific. Cleans rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff. The lounge is open with limited services but it’s quite large and offers a decent selection during happy hour and you can grab drinks thought out the day. They packed a breakfast for me because I had to leave very early for the airport. I would certainly stay here again. 5/5

After a cancelled flight and 2 lost bags, we were welcomed by the staff at Hilton Plaza and were continuously helped throughout our stay. The room we had was BEAUTIFUL, everything was cleaned regularly, and we constantly felt safe at the hotel amidst the pandemic. This was the perfect location to reach the best restaurants and tourist sites, but was also very quiet, so we enjoyed the balance of tourism and relaxation. The Hilton staff unsolicitedly called the airport to check on our baggage several times a day and helped facilitate the delivery of our bags. The breakfast we had was also incredible- we didn’t want to go anywhere else! I can’t thank the Hilton staff enough for turning our trip around and for making us feel welcomed and valued as Hilton Honors members. I cannot recommend Hilton Plaza enough!
D	Doron Is on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had an amazing stay at the Hilton Plaza! The staff were really friendly and helpful and made my stay so much more comfortable and fun. The hotel staff are very aware of the hygienic measures and keep everyone safe and happy! The location is super! 5 minutes walk to the train, restaurants and other must see places are within walking distance. I can't wait for my next visit!
