Hotel Alpine Palace 5Superior

I don't know were to start. We were very nervous after we picked that place. Yes the picture on the website look great but don't they always look great? But there weren't a lot of information about the city. So we went for our christmas ski vacation all the way from California to Hinterglemm. It was amazing. The stuff was friendly, helpful, professional with great english knowledge. The restaurant was stylish, great variation on the menu and the food was delicious. We had two room very big, modern, clean and amazing view on the mountains. The pools in the spa were fun for big and small. Especially at night the outside pools were perfect to relax. Talking about relaxing the people from the spa did a great job as well you could easily fall asleep during a massage. For our small travel members there was a great indoor playground with lots of options to play. Ok it's starting to become a novel. Let's just say best vacation ever. Fun for big and small. We want to come back one day!! Thank you for everything and please promote yourself more!

All round TERRIBLE? The worst of the 28 hotels I've stayed in throughout Austria. HORRIBLE SERVICE ??? The entire hotel stinks unbearably as they keep a dog permanently in it, smoking is permitted in the lobbies & corridors + the kitchen which is connected to the rooms has no extractors so the foul stench of fish, meat etc being cooked throughout the day can be smelled on every floor?, it's disgusting. TOTAL inefficiency in the restaurant, It's an hour wait to receive 1s starter at dinner! The location is AWFUL, right on the main road in the centre of town so EXTREMELY noisy all day & through the night up until 3am! SURELY NOT THE PLACE 4 WELLNESS as the spa & pools are on the street level opening up DIRECTLY onto the town square so are terribly noisy non stop, & the hotel has no outdoor space or gardens, instead it looks directly onto 4 other hotels under 5 meters away, very claustrophobic, unsightly and ruins views. The spa is congested, gloomy & dark, has the feeling & appearance of a dungeon, it's exactly like tiny prison cells side by side in a narrow space & is even caged behind bars, very depressing, certainly not a feeling of wellbeing or tranquility + the kiddies pool is in it so screaming kids are heard throughout! Guest relations which is the owner handles, is of no concern to him, he is soooo arrogant, unprofessional and delinquent so does not give a damn about guests satisfaction, no wonder why the entire hotel is of such horrifically low standards. Wiesergut hotel 950meters away from Alpine Palace is where guests to Hinterglemm should rather stay, that is a class hotel of the highest standards.

Stunning decor and interesting artwork in the lobby and a peaceful waterfall hiding the elevator. Reception excellent and restaurant too. Wine card very overpriced however. Access to the slopes and the outdoor pool are two big attractions.

Great breakfast buffet - has everything you could possibly want. Great service every day/evening in the restaurant from Levante, he provided us with daily entertainment. Spacious room - think we got one of the renovated ones. Spa/sauna area slightly smaller than expected, but massage services really nice Silke tailors her massages for your body she is Reiki Master. Great location - easy access to ski lifts.

Fantastic hotel and spa, we were lucky enough this year to be upgraded to a 5* room. After a hard day's skiing there's nothing nicer than being able to use the spa. Food excellent quality with great service. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location, food, service, rooms (in the new wing) & spa. Best hotel we've stayed in by a mile, in fact so good we've stayed here 6 times and plan on returning early next year. Staff are very professional, they ensure you are looked after and that you enjoy your stay.

Absolutely worth staying here. Super kind Team, very polite and high level of service. Great location, great time. Even our picky Beagle was feeling comfortable. We will be coming back. Granted. Thanks to the team, made us a pleasant stay!
