B	Bettel Luc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Tolle Lage. - Ausstattung gut. - Service ok ( Einzelne Mitarbeiter wirklich gut ). - Essen mittelmäßig 4/10. Das Hotel profitiert von einer super Lage. Der Service sowie der Umgang mit den Gästen ist eher mittelmäßig, abgesehen von vereinzelten Mitarbeitern die wirklich sehr bemüht und verständnisvoll den Kunden entgegen kamen. Beispielsweise mussten wir die Küche mehrmals darauf aufmerksam machen, dass eine vegetarische Variante vorzusehen wäre. Es kam sogar vor, dass dieser Person nichteinmal eine Alternative angeboten wurde. Mache Bestellungen dauerten ewig oder kamen nie am Tisch an. Es standen Getränke auf der Rechnung die nie getrunken wurden. (Diese wurden allerdings rückwirkend und ohne Problem von der Rechnung entfernt). Das Essen ist leider für Leute mit etwas höheren Ansprüchen nicht geeignet. Moscow Mule ohne Limettensaft, Mascarpone abgestanden, Essen oft kalt, Jause variationslos, angebotenes Tunfischsteak waren kleine 3cm Würfel, Sushi ungenießbar. - Great location. - facilities good. - Service ok (Individual employees really good). - mediocre food 4/10. The hotel benefits from a great location. The service as well as dealing with guests is rather mediocre, apart from isolated against employees who really tried very hard and understanding the customers came. For example, we had the kitchen several times point out that a vegetarian option would be provided. It even happened that this person was not even offered an alternative. Make orders lasted forever or never arrived at the table. There were drinks on the bill that were never drunk. (These were removed, however, retroactively and without problem from the bill). The food is not suitable for people with slightly higher claims. Moscow Mule without lime juice, mascarpone stale, food often cold, snack variationslos, offered tuna steak were small 3cm cubes, Sushi inedible.
R	Ralf Smets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir werden wieder hinfahren. Reicht doch, oder? Klar, kein Sonderangebot, aber allemal das Geld wert! Vor allem die stringente Beachtung bei Lebensmittelunverträglichkeit ist m.E. herausragend! Da wird auf Wunsch der Kaiserschmarrn mit Dinkelmehl zubereitet. Dazu die Gastfreundschaft, die man hier erlebt. Das macht Urlaub aus! Nach einigen Metern im Keller des warmen Hotels erreicht man die beheizten Skispinde. Noch 15 m und man fährt auf den Skiern in die Tauernrunde. Bei der Rückfahrt gibt's über 50m kostenloses Auspowern (Schlittschuhschritt bei leichter Steigung). Dann ist man auch bereit für die Jause oder doch direkt in die Saunalandschaft. Schon freut man sich wieder auf ein Umfangreiches Vorspeisen Buffet und Suppe und noch 'ne Vorspeise und.....Tolle Küche! Wie gesagt: wir kommen wieder. We will go again. It's enough, isn't it? Sure, no special offer, but definitely worth the money! Above all, the strict attention to food intolerance is outstanding in my opinion! On request, the Kaiserschmarrn can be prepared with spelled flour. Add to that the hospitality you experience here. That's what vacation is all about! After a few meters in the basement of the warm hotel you reach the heated ski lockers. Another 15 m and you can ski into the Tauern Circuit. On the way back, there's more than 50m of free work out (ice skating on a slight incline). Then you're ready for a snack or go straight to the sauna area. You're already looking forward to an extensive appetizer buffet and soup and another appetizer and... Great cuisine! As I said: we'll be back.

Die Zimmer, die ich sah und das ich belegt habe, waren, im Gegensatz zu den Verheißungen auf der Webseite, sehr dunkel. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr dunkel und offenkundig gewachsen, was sie langen Gänge erklären dürfte. Das Personal ist wie überall: es gibt solche und solche. Die freundlichen, stets ums Wohl der Gäste bedachten waren glücklicherweise sie Mehrheit. Die enthaltenen Fünfgängemenü, sind in Ordnung, teilweise zu üppig und in ihrer Vielfältigkeit wenig stringent. Das Preisniveau ist insgesamt recht hoch und wird den eigenen Ansprüchen wenig gerecht. Der Wellnessbereich ist offenkundig ebenfalls gewachsen, wenig übersichtlich und die Saunen verhältnismäßig klein. Die Notwendigkeit eine Textilsauna zu etablieren, erschließt sich mir nicht. Scheint wohl ein Trend zu sein. Der Internet Zugang ist flott und ermöglicht gelegentliches arbeiten. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die herausragende Lage die Preisstruktur aufwiegt. Wegen des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, werden wir das Haus wohl nicht mehr besuchen. The hotel is above average. Not more. The rooms I saw and occupied were very dark, contrary to what was promised on the website. The hotel overall is very dark and has obviously grown, which might explain the long hallways. The staff is like everywhere: there are such and such. Fortunately, the friendly, always concerned about the well-being of the guests were the majority. The included five-course menus are okay, sometimes too lavish and not very stringent in their diversity. The price level is quite high overall and doesn't really do justice to your own expectations. The wellness area has obviously also grown, not well arranged and the saunas are relatively small. The need to establish a textile sauna is not clear to me. Seems to be a trend. Internet access is fast and allows occasional work. I'm not sure the prime location makes up for the pricing structure. Because of the value for money, we will probably not visit the house again.

Unser Highlight war allerdings der fantastische Service der Rezeption! Das Hotel Alpenland empfehlen wir gerne weiter! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ Very conveniently located hotel with close access to the ski slopes. The food was very good and we really liked the wellness area. Our highlight, however, was the fantastic service at the reception! We are happy to recommend the Hotel Alpenland to others! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden! Sehr zu empfehlen! Spabereich sehr schön!!! We were there a week! It was super nice, nice staff, eat very well! Massages and cosmetic top! Great location! Würde ja gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben :) Man merkt, dass es ein Familienbetrieb ist, wir haben uns von Anfang an so wohl gefühlt, alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und geben sich wirklich viel Mühe, die Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich und entspannt. Das Essen war hervorragend und alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Und auch mit unserer Tochter wurde sehr lieb und entspannt umgegangen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, es wurde ein Holzgitterbett bereitgestellt und die Lage direkt an der Piste ist ein Traum. Und Preis-Leistung ist top! Kommen nächstes Jahr mindestens einmal wieder :) Danke für die schöne Woche! This was our third time at Hotel Alpenland, the first time with a small child. I wish I could give more than 5 stars :) You can tell it's a family business, we felt so comfortable right from the start, all the staff are friendly and really try their best, the atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed. The food was excellent and all wishes were fulfilled. And our daughter was also treated very lovingly and relaxed. The rooms are clean, a wooden cot was provided and the location directly on the piste is a dream. And value for money is great! Will come back at least once next year :) Thanks for the nice week!
