★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles Tip Top! Nachdem uns von der Firma G&D Haustechnik eine Reperatur von 900 Euro vorgeschlagen wurde ließen wir den Techniker von Horstmann kommen und der reparierte das defekte Verschleißteil. Gekostet hat das dann nicht einmal 50 Euro!!!!
Everything fine! After a repair of 900 euros was proposed by the company G & D Haustechnik, we had the technician come from Horstmann and repaired the defective wearing part. The cost has not even 50 euros !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hände weg!!! Habe neues Klo einbauen lassen und ne neue Duschwand. Klo wurde schief eingebaut und die Duschwand hat ne großen Kratzer. Die einzige möglichkeit die fehler zu beheben ist beides wieder rausreißen und neumachen. Beide Fehler werden zugegeben aber es wird trotzdem der volle Preis verlangt.
Hands off!!! I had a new toilet installed and a new shower wall. The toilet was installed crooked and the shower wall has a big scratch. The only way to fix the errors is to tear them out and make them again. Both mistakes are admitted but the full price is still charged.

From the bathtub replacement, fittings repairs to thermal bath maintenance, everything has been done great, promptly and properly so far. The staff on the phone are always in a good mood and friendly, the staff on site are punctual and reliable! Thank you!
