R	Rafael Schimanski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Erfahrung die ich mit der Firma Heluba gemacht habe ist als sehr negativ und als ABZOCKE zu bewerten! Ich habe diese Firma wegen eines Problems unserer bestehenden Badezimmerabluft telefonisch kontaktiert und der Herr an der anderen Leitung sagte mir, dass „Er“ es sich erstmal ansehen muss und dann ein Angebot für die Reparatur legen kann. Was bis dahin ok war. Bei dem „Besichtigungstermin“ jedoch warteten bereits schon vorzeitig 2 Handwerker auf den Chef und als auch er nach 10-15min. eintraf zeigte ich dem Herrn das Badezimmer. Er schaute sich die Badezimmerabluft an, erläuterte das Problem und was es ungefähr kosten könnte, da der Arbeitsaufwand nicht genau kalkulierbar wäre. Seine Handwerker schauten während dieser Zeit zu. Gegen Ende der Besichtigung (ca.35min später) sollte ich einen Arbeitsschein von den beiden Handwerkern unterschreiben mit je 1 Std. Arbeitszeit plus Wegzeit. Er (Chef) würde ja seine Zeit nicht in Rechnung stellen. Ich wurde weder während des Telefonats noch vor der Besichtigung darauf hingewiesen, dass ich für die Besichtigung zur Angebotslegung zahlen müsste. Ich habe mir ein 2tes Angebot bei einer renommierten Firma ausstellen lassen und da gehörte die Besichtigung (kostenlos) zum Service, die Angebotssumme konnte genau festgelegt werden und das Angebot war sogar billiger! The experience I have had with the Heluba company is very negative and can be rated as ROCK! I contacted this company over the phone about a problem with our existing bathroom exhaust and the guy on the other line told me that "He" had to look at it first and then make an offer to repair it. Which was ok until then. At the "viewing appointment", however, 2 craftsmen were waiting ahead of time for the boss and he, too, after 10-15 minutes. When I arrived I showed the gentleman the bathroom. He looked at the bathroom exhaust, explained the problem and what it could cost approximately because the workload could not be calculated exactly. His artisans watched during this time. Towards the end of the tour (approx. 35 minutes later) I should sign a work certificate from the two craftsmen, each with 1 hour working time plus travel time. He (boss) wouldn't charge his time. Neither during the call nor before the visit was I informed that I had to pay for the visit to submit an offer. I had a second offer issued by a well-known company and the visit (free of charge) was part of the service, the amount of the offer could be precisely determined and the offer was even cheaper!

The Heluba company rescued our underfloor heating, which was installed by another company, and has been there for us for 7 years in a competent, professional, cheap and fast manner.
