Telefonisch nachfragen, ob offen gerade ist, kann man auch nicht- keine Telefonnummer. Ist man mal drinnen, lässt die Freundlichkeit zu wünschen übrig. The actual opening times and the ones given (on the door and on the Internet) do not match at all. You can also ask by phone if there is an open call - no telephone number. Once inside, the friendliness leaves something to be desired.

Mein Paket wurde vom Betreiber nicht als abgeholt markiert, bekomme vom Paketdienstleister mehrmals Erinnerungsmails. Unterschrift war für die Abholung keine notwendig. . . all in all: unangenehm dort. Unfortunately unfriendly. Put a package in my hand that wasn't in my name. My parcel was not marked as picked up by the operator, I receive multiple reminders from the parcel service provider. Signature was not necessary for the collection. . . all in all: uncomfortable there.

Nobody was in the store during opening hours, I waited half an hour.(11:45) It's a shame that Ups and DPD work with such a package.
A	Ang A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öffnungszeiten stimmen überhaupt nicht. Es werden auch keine Kontaktdaten angeführt. Wie soll man da zu seinem Paket kommen wenn man sich darauf nicht verlassen kann. Ein Armutszeugnis, dass DPD mit so einem Geschäft zusammenarbeitet. Als Kunde zahlt man für den Versand und hat Schwierigkeiten, seine Ware abzuholen. Opening times are not right at all. No contact details are given either. How are you supposed to get your package if you can't rely on it? A bad mark that DPD is working with such a business. As a customer, you pay for shipping and have difficulty picking up your goods.
