Seit ich 2001 ein schweres Schädel - Hirn - Trauma erlitten habe, ist mein Gangbild durch eine daraus resultierende Gehbehinderung schwer in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Mit allen möglichen unangenehmen Nebenerscheinungen. Im home4motion habe ich im Hightech Gangcenter endlich wieder gespürt, was es heißt, sich rund und harmonisch zu bewegen! Phantastisch! Und da sind noch weitere Geräte, die so fein auf jedes Bedürfnis abgestimmt werden können, dass ein freudvolles Üben durch ständige kleine Erfolgserlebnisse möglich ist. Du sammelst z. B. Äpfel oder bewegst kleine Figuren im Lift - um nur ein paar zu nennen. Und du merkst dabei gar nicht, wie sehr sich das Bein anstrengt und genau immer wieder die Muskeln angesteuert werden, die im Laufe der Jahre durch die fehlende Innervation sehr verkümmert sind. Ich habe erst ein paar Stunden trainiert und ich spüre, dass es mir sehr gut tut. Ich bin sicher, dass ich mich deutlich verbessern werde! Ich freue mich schon sehr auf die nächsten Einheiten! Termine bekommt man praktisch zu jeder Tageszeit. Hoffentlich wird die Firma noch größer, denn zurzeit gibt es noch nicht viele solcher genialen Einrichtungen.
