Termin (als Ersatztermin vor Ort bei der Rezeption für eine Einheit, am selben Tag, für 1,5 später, vereinbart): - - - - - >>>> von Physio Mur nicht eingehalten, Missverständnis!!!! Termin war gleichzeitig doppelt vergeben, an mich und an eine weitere Dame, die nach dem Gespräch mit ihr vor Ort ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht hat! Auf meine Frage, wie ist das möglich?, kam diese Antwort: "Achselzucken und KAMA NIX MACHEN“. Eine Entschuldigung und eine kostenlose Einheit als Entschädigung / Wiedergutmachung wäre zu erwarten, aber: Kunden- und lösungsorientiert sind offensichtlich nicht Stärke des Hauses!! The appointment was taken twice at the same time, to me and to another lady who had similar experiences after talking to her on site! When I asked how is that possible? An apology and a free unit in compensation / reparation would be expected, but: Customer- and solution-oriented are obviously not the company's strengths !!

Schmerzen sind weg, komme jetzt regelmäßig zu entspannenden Massagen, herrlich. Excellent as always! Extremely nice staff, everything was fine and I felt really well taken care of. The pain is gone, now come regularly for relaxing massages, wonderful.

LG ein jetzt wieder zufriedener Kunde oder Patient ? A big thank you to my therapist and masseur, you really do a great job! With the agreed appointments not everything went 100% and maybe if and only there was a problem with the communication, I was once again very satisfied! Eine Ärztin prophezeite mir einen sehr langen Weg bis zur Genesung. Das Team von Physio Mur hat mich perfekt auf diesem Weg unterstützt. Schon bei der Vereinbarung der Termine wurde ich sehr freundlich von Fau Sabine Müller unterstützt. Mein besonderer Dank gilt der Physio- und Ergotherapeutin Frau Ana Peštić, bei der ich mich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Abgesehen von ihrer kompetenten, fürsorglichen Behandlung und Beratung war sie auch sehr freundlich und nett. Auch Herr Sava Delcev war für mich sehr kompetent und er hat mich mit guten Tipps beraten. Als ebenso ausgesprochen freundlich fand ich die Masseurin Sarah Platzer, ihre Lymphdrainagen haben mir jedes Mal sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank, ich kann Physio Mur wirklich weiterempfehlen. In July 2021, I had a complicated ankle and shin fracture that had to be operated on and screwed 19 times. A doctor prophesied that it would be a very long way to recovery. The Physio Mur team supported me perfectly on this path. Fau Sabine Müller gave me very friendly support when I made the appointments. My special thanks go to the physiotherapist and occupational therapist Ana Peštić, with whom I felt in good hands right from the start. Aside from her knowledgeable, caring treatment and advice, she was also very friendly and kind. Mr. Sava Delcev was also very competent for me and he advised me with good tips. I found the masseuse Sarah Platzer to be just as extremely friendly, her lymphatic drainage sessions helped me a lot every time. Thank you, I can really recommend Physio Mur.

Es wird alles nach jedem Patienten desinfiziert und die Corona-Regeln werden eingehalten. Die Damen beim Empfang sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ist es oftmals sehr schwierig telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Kann man weiterempfehlen. Very good massage practice - I cannot judge physiotherapies, had none. Everything is disinfected after each patient and the corona rules are observed. The ladies at the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it is often very difficult to reach someone by phone. I can recommend it.
