D	Da Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RICHTIG SCHLECHT. Zuerst telefonisch angefragt, ob gesamte Therapie übernommen von GKK übernommen wird, was bestätigt wurde. Trotz noch gültiger Überweisung wurde ich jedoch nochmals zum Arzt geschickt, um eine neue zu holen (da die alte "bald abliefe"). Gesagt, getan. Bei der Anmeldung an der Rezeption wird mir dann ein Therapieplan ausgehändigt. Bei der ersten Therapie - die Therapeutin kam, trotz nur 15 minütiger Einheit, 5 Minuten zu spät - wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass sie aufgrund einer 'falschen Formulierung' auf meinem Therapieplan nicht massieren könne. Wieder bei der Rezeption wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass mir am Vortag eine falsche Auskunft gegeben wurde und ich eine andere Überweisung für meine Therapie benötigen würde. Bin dann sofort geflüchtet - NEIN DANKE. Keine kompetenten Mitarbeiter, unfreundliche Therapeutin und schlimme Atmosphäre. Absolut abzuraten! REALLY BAD. Despite still valid transfer, however, I was again sent to the doctor to get a new one (since the old "soon expire"). Said and done. When registering at the reception I will be given a treatment plan. At the first therapy - the therapist came, despite only 15 minutes unit, 5 minutes late - I was told that she could not massage because of a 'wrong formulation' on my treatment plan. Again at the front desk I was informed that I was given the wrong day the previous day and I would need another transfer for my therapy. I then fled immediately - NO THANKS. No competent staff, unfriendly therapist and bad atmosphere. Absolutely not recommended!

Sehr tolles Ambiente und super nettes und kompetentes Team ? Die Therapeutin geht sehr gut auf die Tagesverfassung des Babys ein und mit jedem mal kann man eine tolle Veränderung erkennen. Auch die Terminvergabe war schnell und unkompliziert. Zudem haben die kleinen richtigen Spaß ? Wir können es mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Auch bei einigen Bewegungsabläufen bevorzugte sie eine Seite. Dank gezielten Übungen wurde das Problem vollständig beseitigt. Darum können wir Frau Cüppers und ihr Team vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen. Außerdem: Die Terminvergabe ist sehr flexibel und geht auf Kundenwünsche ein.
