Da ich vor 15 Jahren bereits schon mal dort war und mich aus den selben Gründen für ein anderes Autohaus entschieden habe war es aber keine große Überraschung. Hat sich halt nichts geändert. Little interested in selling and not particularly accommodating. Since I was already there 15 years ago and for the same reasons I decided on another dealership, it was not a big surprise. Nothing has changed.

Bei Bestellung einer Leiter, begehbarem Dach und Solarzelle wurde uns garantiert, dass diese Dinge noch im Juli montiert werden. Als wir nie eine Nachricht erhielten riefen wir an. Die Mitarbeiterin wusste gar nichts von einer Bestellung. Als uns ein andere Mitarbeiter zurückrief behauptete er, die Dinge nicht vor Septemer machen zu können. Es sei ihm egal, was versprochen worden ist und wir sollen stornieren, wenn uns das nicht passt. Dies ist sicher KEIN SERVICE. Leider müssen wir uns nun an andere Firmen wenden. Delivered the previous year's model, but it was new. When ordering a ladder, a walk-on roof and a solar cell, we were guaranteed that these things would be installed in July. When we never received a message, we called. The employee didn't know anything about an order. When another member of staff called us back, he said he couldn't do things until September. He doesn't care what has been promised and we should cancel if that doesn't suit us. This is certainly NOT a SERVICE. Unfortunately, we now have to turn to other companies.

Die Mitarbeiter haben uns trotz unentschlossenheit immer sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und sehr kompetent beraten. Wir bekommen unseren Kastenwagen voraussichtlich Nov/Dez und sind schon in freudige Erwartung. Daher können wir noch nichts über Garantie und Service Beratung sagen (folgt) ??? E	Ebra FeWu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir möchten dem ganzen Team von funmobil unseren Dank aussprechen, weil wir uns wirklich immer gut betreut fühlen. Schon vor dem Kauf wurde auf alle Fragen eingegangen. Wenn man nicht beratungsresistent ist und auf den Rat der sehr campingerfahrenen Familie dort hört, dann findet sich auch das richtige Fahrzeug. Es wird einem nichts aufgedrängt und es wird auch nichts verkauft, was man eigentlich nicht braucht. Sämtliche Dinge die den Aufbau (also nicht FIAT Basis) betreffen, wurden immer zeitnah erledigt, wobei ich aber sagen muss, dass wir kaum wirkliche Mängel hatten, sondern es meist Sonderwünsche unsererseits waren, warum wir die Werkstatt benötigten. Ich möchte hier auch wirklich festhalten, dass meine Ideen das Team dort sicher auch auf Trab gehalten haben, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Wir fahren noch immer ohne Gasflasche (die volle 5kg Flasche, die ich bei der Übernahme eingebaut hatte, hat ein Freund inzwischen mit dem Gas-Grill auf der Terrasse geleert) und haben inzwischen auch den Not-Gaskocher daheim gelassen, weil wir wirklich durch Lade-Booster, Solar und ordentlich stromsparenden Geräten im Auto alles mit Strom betreiben können. Das ganze Team von funmobil ist wirklich fachlich top und menschlich sowieso. Wir haben es nicht bereut hier gekauft zu haben und auf den Service dort zu setzen. ????? We would like to express our thanks to the whole funmobil team because we always feel well looked after. All questions were answered before the purchase. If you are not resistant to advice and listen to the advice of the very camping-experienced family there, then you will find the right vehicle. Nothing is forced on you and nothing is sold that you actually don't need. All things relating to the construction (i.e. not FIAT base) were always done promptly, although I have to say that we hardly had any real defects, but that it was mostly special requests on our part, why we needed the workshop. I really want to state here that my ideas certainly kept the team there on their toes, but it was worth it. We still drive without a gas bottle (the full 5kg bottle that I installed when I took over, a friend has now emptied using the gas grill on the terrace) and have meanwhile also left the emergency gas cooker at home because we really went through charging -Booster, solar and properly energy-saving devices in the car can run everything with electricity. The whole team from funmobil is really top-notch technically and personally anyway. We haven't regretted buying here and relying on the service there. ?????
