★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a whole slipping room and waited almost 3 month for their call. They called us and said that a bad, wardrobe and a small nightstand would be on Monday delivered. Before Monday we went there to buy some plates and other stuff and one more time asked if everything is OK with the delivery and they said yes. Today is Monday and we got a half of a bed and a wardrobe and nightstand weren’t delivered. The delivery men told us that this stuff isn’t even at the storehouse.( Also there is a hole in the bad, but it isn’t a big deal now). We will never buy in this store and we don’t recommend to order something in here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when you pay the interest is over. when you pick up the furniture after 2/3months it is packed so you can not check if it is actually not damaged. because they have zero interest on quality control you realize only after you have transported the furniture home. long/short distance, small/large time effort they do not care. the claim process takes 2 months and ongoing, the solution is not what you proposed, they do not call you back from claim department as promised only until you write many e-mails. they send you reply in a letter per usual post after more than one month that completely ignores what you have written in e-mail or agreed spoken on phone. they might call you from number that has blocked caller ID not to disclose themselves, so you actually do not know who calls you, totally alibistic approach . buy here only if you have plenty of time and good health otherwise it is wasted money, time and health. totally ignorant after sales approach. worse experience than IKEA or anything up till now. absolutely not recommended to buy here anything in EUR amount more than you would be able to throw to trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's still new so everything look fine till now. Just one thing that when we were having breakfast there, the waitress was very annoyed that she had to work on a Saturday morning which made her unfriendly but the food and the coffee were good
