Apotheke

Sensationelle Apotheke mit einem vorher noch nie gesehenen System. Die Medikamente werden eingescannt und automatisch dem Apotheker/der Apothekerin zugestellt. Hier gibt es kein langes Suchen, alles geht ruckzuck.

Habe einen Tag vorher etwas telefonisch in der Apotheke bestellt. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett, bestellte die Ware und einen Tag später war sie bereit zum Abholen. Ein Kundenkonto in der Apotheke ist jedoch hilfreich, wenn man das hat. Sowas nenn ich guten Service!

Die Apotheke selbst ist seit Jahren unsere "Hausapotheke". Da gibt's nicht viel negatives zu schreiben. Aber der Grund für den einen Stern ist dieser "Kasperl" (Sarkasmus) der absolut unter aller Würde, und in aller Öffentlichkeit den Coronatest bei den Leuten durchführt. Ist es wirklich zuviel verlangt wenn man da einen Fetzen vorhängt? Von Diskretion habt ihr wohl noch nichts gehört.

Wir hatten einen Termin zum testen in der Apotheke und haben uns leider verspätet..Und so unhöflich wurde ich noch nie behandelt,ich weiß nicht ob der Herr stress hatte ,aber so sollte man keine Kunden behandeln ich werde nie wieder etwas in dieser Apotheke kaufen und schon garnicht nochmal testen!!

Konnte bisher eig.nichts negatives sagen. ABER war gestern um 10:30 PCR Testen und hab bis heute 19:00 kein Testergebnis. Brauche den Test unbedingt für die Arbeit. Hab dadurch mega Probleme in der Arbeit unf kann nichts daran ändern -.- Versuchte 25x anzurufen,leider ohne Erfolg. Nie jemand abgehoben!!!

Ein großes lob an die Apotheke, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kompetent, ganz besonders Herr Mag.Mahmoud Aiad. Ich werde auf jeden fall die Apotheke wieder besuchen und ganz nebenbei weiss wer ob Herr Mag. Aiad verheiratet ist? Er war nicht nur sehr freundlich sondern auch extrem hübsch. Selten so einen hübschen Mann gesehen ?

Vl. sollte der Aphotekerchef mal sein Personal ordendlich einschulen , oder nochmal in die Lehre schicken. IBUPROFEN GENERICON 400mg laut dem Apotheker in ihrer Filiale Rezeptpflichtig. Woher nimmt er das ? Macht er sich wohl seine eigenen Gesetze. Laut Arzt nicht Rezeptpflichtig , und ich denke der hat mehr Ahnung als der unterbelichtete Mitarbeiter bei Ihnen. Überall bekommt man sie auch problemlos , nur nicht im HC bei dem Mitarbeiter der sich sein Gesetz selber macht wie es aussieht. Fachpersonal? Dachte in der Aphoteke sollten geschulte Leute arbeiten , sieht wohl nicht so aus wenn ich mir den Herrn so ansehe. Eig.keinen Stern wert , bodenlose Frechheit. Falsch am Platz der junge Herr 0 Ahnung!

If you come to the Haid Apotheke, you will be greeted by friendly workers... The small pharmacy (Apotheke) is well stocked... you can quite possibly find all that you need basically.. If you need help they have enough staff on hand to help you with a smile. This Pharmacy is exceptional as the workers actually engage in conversation, and actually help you with medical questions or confusions... Also they will check if any medicines you are taking and or vitamins etc...you are purchasing will interact with each other... They are very efficient... I like that most of the staff can and quite proudly will engage you in English... If you want service with a pleasant attitude and smile, this is the pharmacy for you... It is also totally convenient as it you also have access to other stores around as well as a food court.. So while the Apotheke is filling your prescription, you can shop and pick it up after... If you become a regular customer they even allow you to bring your receipt (prescription) back at a later time if you forgot or your doctor is on vacations... There has very few times that I have had to wait for medication to be restocked... The only downfall, is sometimes the check out line can get a little long... but it is not more than a 5 minute or so wait... Still the customer appreciation makes it worth it...
