★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really wonderful place. Owners welcoming and helpful upon arrival. Clean and tidy, kitchen stocked with a variety of cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher allowing us to cook for all 9 of us easily! Large sitting room/dining room where we could play games and share stories of pur adventures on the evening. Plenty of space to store bikes and climbing equipment. Terrace catches the sun and is lovely for relaxing on. Close walk to amenities in Sölden if you take the footpath from just outside the house. Although very steep and may not be suitable for little children or those who are not used to walking steep inclines. Alternative is to walk down the lane which takes a little longer. Easy access to alpine footpaths, bike paths, lifts etc. Absolutely magnificent views. Good value for money and would highly reccomend. The only small issue is that room one has no toilet/bathroom and so if you stay on that room you need to go to another room for these facilities, but this was not a problem at all for us.
