★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin spontan am DI um 15.30 Uhr zum HNO Zentrum gefahren, da ich akute Beschwerden hatte und mit der Behandlung und dem Umgang meiner vorherigen HNO-Ärztin nicht zufrieden war - in der Hoffnung, dass ich drangenommen werde. Es dauerte keine halbe Stunde, saß ich auch schon im Untersuchungsraum. Bei Herr Dr. Strobl fühlt man sich ernst genommen, er hört aufmerksam zu, macht sich Notizen und ist wahnsinnig nett und verständnisvoll.
Da ich seit dem Kleinkindalter keinen HNO-Arzt mehr benötigte, ging ich vor Dr. Strobl zu einer HNO Kassenärztin in Linz, bei der ich mich beim 1. Termin kompetent behandelt fühlte. Beim zweiten Besuch wurde ich innerhalb von 2 Minuten abgespeist, die medikamentöse Behandlung war kein Erfolg und auf die Frage, wie wir weiter verfahren sollen, bekam ich keine klare Antwort.
Erst als ich bei Dr. Strobl war, wusste ich, wie eine kompetente Beratung, Untersuchung und Behandlung aussieht. Ich habe den passenden HNO-Arzt für mich gefunden! Danke!
I drove spontaneously at the DI at 15.30 clock to the ENT center, because I had acute complaints and was not satisfied with the treatment and the handling of my previous ENT doctor - in the hope that I will be taken. It took less than half an hour before I was already in the examination room. With Dr. Strobl makes you feel taken seriously, he listens attentively, takes notes and is incredibly nice and understanding.
Since I did not need an ENT doctor since my early childhood, I went to see Dr. Strobl to an ENT doctor in Linz, where I felt competent treated at the first appointment. On the second visit, I was fobbed off within 2 minutes, the drug treatment was not successful and the question of how to proceed further, I got no clear answer.
It was not until I met Dr. Strobl was, I knew, what a competent consultation, examination and treatment looks like. I found the right ENT doctor for me! Thank you!
