Man merkt den engagierten Einsatz und die Freude am Arbeitsbereich bei jedem Einzelnen im Team. Wartezeiten mit Termin minimalst. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Friendly, polite, empathetic in dealing with patients, competent, you feel that you are in good hands with the entire team. You can tell the committed commitment and enjoyment of the work area in every single member of the team. Minimum waiting times with appointment. I can only recommend.

Bekam für alle Fragen eine Antwort und wurde gut aufgeklärt..Die Ordinationshilfen beide die dunkle Dame und der Herr freundlich, einfühlend und humorvoll. Man wartet nicht lange auf einen Termin und kommt auch in der bestellten Zeit gleich dran. Ich spreche auch für meinen Mann, der schon jahrelang Patient ist und auch jetzt äußerst zufrieden ist. Er wird immer eingeschoben, wenn es dringend ist und wurde nie abgelehnt. Super Team Can only say the best about this doctor. Very friendly, competent and empathetic. Got an answer for all questions and was well informed .. The ordination aids both the dark lady and the gentleman friendly, empathetic and humorous. You don't have to wait long for an appointment and you can get it right when you order it. I also speak for my husband, who has been a patient for years and is extremely satisfied now. It is always inserted when it is urgent and has never been rejected. great team
M	Martina Aigner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette und kompetente Ärztin. Die Dame die den Hörtest macht, ist allerdings für den Umgang mit Kindern völlig ungeeignet. Mein Sohn wollte beim Hörtest nicht gleich mitmachen (weil sie davor auch ewig lang auf ihn eingeredet hat). Sie hat ihn gefragt ob sie denn nicht hübsch genug sei. Dann hat sie ihn dauernd als Baby bezeichnet und gesagt, dass er sicher noch bei Mamas Busen trinkt, ihm gesagt, dass sie jetzt weinen muss wenn er nicht mitmacht, das Zuckerl, dass sie ihm vorher schon gegeben hat wieder weggenommen usw. Nach 20 min haben wir abgebrochen. Very nice and competent doctor. The lady who does the hearing test, however, is completely unsuitable for dealing with children. My son didn't want to take part in the hearing test straight away (because she talked him into it for ages before that). She asked him if she wasn't pretty enough. Then she kept referring to him as a baby and saying that he would still be drinking at Mama's bosom, telling him that she would have to cry now if he didn't join in, took away the candy that she had already given him before, etc. After 20 minutes we canceled.

Hier steht die Gesundheit an erster Stelle! Freundliche Ordinationsgehilfen, trotz sichtbarer Überlastung hilfbereit und einfühlsam! Called about acute problems, first an appointment was offered (very promptly) then asked again in more detail and asked to come straight away. Here health comes first! Friendly ordination assistants, helpful and empathetic despite visible overload!

Ich verstehe gar nicht und Empfangsdamen reden laut miteinander.. Despite having an appointment, I always had to wait a long time, even some patients who came later were ahead of me!!!! Y	Yvonne Denkmaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein hno Arzt war auf Urlaub und der Arzt in Vertretung war zu dieser Zeit nicht mehr da. Verzweifelt rufte ich bei diesem Arzt an, da er noch eine Stunde geöffnet gehabt hat und ich durfte, obwohl bereits viele warteten, noch vorbeikommen und wurde richtig herzlich von der Assistentin aufgenommen. Auch die Ärztin war sehr kompetent und hat mir gut weitergeholfen. Die Wartezeit war nicht lange und ich war sehr glücklich dass es heutzutage noch Menschen gibt die so herzlich und hilfsbereit sind. Alle Kinder dort haben sich auch total wohl gefühlt und zum Abschluss ein Sticker bekommen. Man merkt dort stimmt alles. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals für die schnelle Hilfsbereitschaft. Würde es noch mehrere geben, die ihre Arbeit mit so viel Hingabe und Freundlichkeit ausüben, bräuchten wir keine Wahlärzte My ENT doctor was on vacation and the substitute doctor was no longer there at the time. In desperation, I called this doctor because he was still open for an hour and I was allowed to come by, although many were already waiting, and was given a really warm welcome by the assistant. The doctor was also very competent and helped me a lot. The waiting time wasn't long and I was very happy that there are still people today who are so warm and helpful. All the children there also felt very comfortable and received a sticker at the end. You can tell everything is right there. Many thanks again for the quick willingness to help. If there were more people doing their work with so much dedication and friendliness, we wouldn't need elective doctors

At the Visit, I had not to wait to long. Check out was done quick. Further needed details were checked emediatly. I can honestly recomment Dr. Roberts furhter.
