On the site didn't stayed any notification on opening-closing time during hollydays or something like that so I assumed that they are offering special appointments. But yeah, I waited and no one wrote me mail, or gave me a call to say that online apointmen is not valid. That's why I give 1 star for waisting my time.

I needed to wait a little for the consultation, the doctor assessed my complains very carefully and explained everything clearly. The staff is not hesitant to speak in English and are very helpful indeed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this HNO through DocFinder.at. I easily made an appointment online after having read that the practice also accepts patients who speak English. The place is located about 5 minutes from Taborstrasse U2 stop. The receptionist was super nice and the registration process was really smooth. The replacement doctor also spoke a very good English, examination was comfortable. The doctor also checked for allergies and hearing issues, both tests were done at the practice.

The office is organized very well so that the time you spend checking in and waiting is very efficient (didn’t spend more than 20 minutes from start to finish). The staff is also great. I started with my broken German and the receptionist quickly switched to English for my convenience. Once they realized I was an English speaker, each of the other doctors and nurses I had to speak with spoke English automatically. The doctor is quick and to the point, but sympathetic and easy to talk with - she found a solution for my problem quickly. An added plus is they have an online booking system. Would definitely recommend this office.
