Extremely personable and careful doctor. Appointments, even online, can be made at relatively short notice. I didn't have to wait in the office.

B	BOOTERIA Nikolaos Melanidis GesmbH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Ärztin und Personal. Ich hatte Notfall und nach Telefonat bekam ich sofort einen Termin. Wartezeit war 5min. Das ist einfach super. Empfehlenswert. Very friendly doctor and staff. I had an emergency and immediately got an appointment after a phone call. Waiting time was 5min. It's just great. Recommendable.
p	peter bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Ärztin ! Beim Personal hinter dem Thresen bzw. am Telefon wird man wie ein Bittsteller behandelt bzw. ganz abgewiesen. Obwohl in der Homepage zu lesen ist, dass man mit Schmerzen möglichst noch am gleichen Tag drankommt, bekommt man vom Personal Termine in zwei bis drei Wochen. Wenn man dann auf die Schmerzen und auf den Hinweis in der Homepage hinweist bekommt man die Auskunft man kann ins Krankenhaus in die HNO Ambulanz gehen. Diese Auskunft ist schlicht und Ergreifend falsch. Dort braucht man eine Überweisung vom HNO Facharzt. Also sind wir wieder am Anfang. Für mich sehr entäuschend und ein Grund den/die Arzt/in zu wechslen. Nice doctor! With the staff behind the counter or on the phone you are treated like a supplicant or rejected entirely. Although you can read on the homepage that if you have pain you can get it on the same day if possible, you get appointments from the staff in two to three weeks. If you then point out the pain and the note on the homepage you get the information you can go to the hospital in the ENT outpatient department. This information is simply wrong. There you need a referral from the ENT specialist. So we're back to the beginning. Very disappointing for me and a reason to change doctors.
D	DexyStorm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ging schnell und das Personal war sehr nett, bis auf das eine Mal, als ich gefragt wurde, wieso ich an einem Dienstag nicht um 8:30 kommen könne (Das geht absolut niemanden etwas an). Leider muss man sehr lange auf Termine warten und wenn man einen Termin bekommt und rechtzeitig erscheint, muss man meist noch 10-30min in der Ordination warten. Went quickly and the staff was very nice, except for one time when I was asked why I couldn't come at 8:30 on a Tuesday (that's absolutely nobody's business). Unfortunately you have to wait a long time for appointments and if you get an appointment and appear on time, you usually have to wait 10-30 minutes in the ordination.

Nach kurzer Wartezei kam ich zur Frau Doktor, sie ist supernett, extrem freundlich und sehr professionell, diese Ärztin muss man weiter empfehlen, besser kann man nicht behandelt werden. In dieser Ordi passt alles, danke für die Behandlung. Although I didn't have an appointment but had a problem, I was answered, the receptionist is very nice and friendly. After a short wait I came to Frau Doctor, she is super nice, extremely friendly and very professional, you have to recommend this doctor, you couldn't be treated any better. Everything fits in this order, thanks for the treatment.
S	Susana Ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived to our appointment we had 7 people queuing before us, it was disappointing but it was not longer than half an hour and we were tested and attended by the doctor, so don't be discouraged if you are in the same situation. It is a nice and competent doctor and the receptionist was too, diligent and sympathetic. It was a good experience and highly recommended doctor.
