M	Martina Berti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War vorige Woche zum ersten Mal drin und kann nicht klagen. Ich bekam nette und kompetente Beratung und Bedienung. Das Geschäft wirkt hell und freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die wenigen Parkmöglichkeiten weil hier meist immer alles zugeparkt ist, auch in der Umgebung. Ich gingt nur rein, weil ich grad im Spital war und es am Weg lag quasi. Was in it for the first time last week and can't complain. I got nice and competent advice and service. The business looks bright and friendly. The only minus point are the few parking spaces because everything is always parked here, even in the surrounding area. I only went in because I was in the hospital and it was almost on the way.

Permanentes besser wissen- Rezepte werden ausgebessert,- sprich ärztliche Verordnung werden missachtet und personal tut laut ihrem eigenem Wissen die Verabreichung empfehlen. Nervenaufreibend jedesmal. Ein Alptraum, man kann nicht mal ein Bepanthencreme kaufen oder dass man ausgequetscht wird, wieso - wozu- und wofür man es braucht. Nie Wieder!! Intrusive behavior from the staff. Super freundliches, sehr kompetes aber dabei unaufdringliche Mitarbeiter, die sich auch bei großer kundenfrequenz die nötige Zeit nehmen! Auch die völlig sinnlosen Coronatests werden schnell, sorgfältig und schmerzlos durchgeführt! The best pharmacy in St. Pölten! Super friendly, very competent but unobtrusive employees who take the necessary time even with high customer frequency! Sagten, dass keine gratis Tests mehr verfügbar sind("Nein, sind leider schon ALLE weg"), während zeitgleich eine Kollegin meiner Freundin gratis Tests gegeben hat. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Tests noch nicht in 5er Packungen abgefüllt waren und die Mitarbeitern bei mir einfach zu faul war, sie abzufüllen. Ausrede:"haben gerade keine Zeit dazu". Bei einem leeren Geschäft (kein einziger Kunde außer uns beiden) und mind. 4 Angestellten!! Absolute Sauerei Very impolite. Said that no more free tests are available ("No, unfortunately ALL are gone"), while at the same time a colleague gave my friend free tests. It turned out that the tests were not yet filled in packs of 5 and the staff at my place were just too lazy to fill them. Excuse: "Don't have the time right now". With an empty shop (not a single customer except the two of us) and at least 4 employees !! Absolute mess
