Although she is very handy as she is the only one nearby and the staff are friendly, she does not have it in stock every time I need a medicine.

Einziger Nachteil, dass die Parkplätze stundenlang von Kaffeehaus Besuchern blockiert werden, obwohl für diese genug Plätze im Untergeschoss vorhanden sind Nice staff, if something is not in stock it is ordered, advice is great. The only disadvantage is that the parking spaces are blocked for hours by coffee house visitors, although there are enough spaces for them in the basement

Es ist hier anscheinend Standard die Kunden nicht mit Service sondern mit schlechter Laune zu bedienen. Deshalb die schlechteste Bewertung die ich jemals gegeben habe. In keiner Apotheke wird man mit einen vorhandenen Rezept so behandelt. Incredibly unfriendly service here. You can see from the saleswoman / pharmacist how reluctant and grumpy she is at work. I don't come from here anymore. It is apparently standard here to serve customers not with service but with a bad mood. Therefore the worst rating I have ever given. In no pharmacy you are treated like this with an existing prescription.

Das Personal ist inkompetent und benötigt unbedingt Schulungen für ihre Produkte. Fragen Sie in diesem Fall lieber nicht Ihren Apotheker, hier erhalten Sie keine kompetente Auskunft. We definitely cannot recommend this pharmacy and will not visit it again. The staff is incompetent and desperately needs training for their products. In this case it is better not to ask your pharmacist, you will not get any competent information here.

Der erste Besuch war leider unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin da und die Auskunft auf meine Frage hin sehr knapp "haben wir nicht" ... der zweite Besuch war dann wesentlich freundlicher u die Mitarbeiterin sehr nett u bemüht ... sie hat mich auch gut beraten u somit sind die 4 sterne gerechtfertigt. Auch die Optik des Geschäftes ist sehr sauber u freundlich gestaltet ... Parkplatz vor der Tür also alles riesen Vorteile ... nochdazu für jemand wie mich wo ich aus dem Waldviertel komme u nicht den Luxus habe eine Apotheke vor der Tür zu haben I've been here twice because my mother moved here. N	Nici Vonhier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vom normalen Service, über Antigentest bis hin zu letzten Samstag, als die Sofienapotheke Nachtdienst hatte, habe ich immer freundliche Mitarbeiter erlebt. Auch bzw vor allem im Umgang mit Kindern. Ich kann die vorherigen Bewertungen absolut nicht nachempfinden. Selbst um halb zehn Nachts werden einem nicht einfach nur die Medis verkauft, sondern es wird noch schnell mit einem Glas Wasser weitergeholfen. From the normal service to the antigen test to last Saturday when the Sofienapotheke was on night duty, I have always seen friendly employees. Also or especially when dealing with children. I absolutely cannot sympathize with the previous reviews. Even at half past nine at night, you are not just sold the medis, you quickly get help with a glass of water.
