A	Axel Stein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Apo ist so là là. Teilweise steckt man ewig in der Warteschleife via Telefon und auch sonst ist nicht alles ganz so prickelend. Der "jüngere" Apotheker ist z.B. immer durchaus professionell und hat eine recht nüchterene, wohlaber auch effektive Art. Im Gegensatz dazu wirkt die "Chefin" manchmal sehr ungeduldig. The apo is so là là. Sometimes you are stuck in the waiting loop via the phone and otherwise everything is not quite as prickelend. The "younger" pharmacist is e.g. always quite professional and has a very nasty, but also effective way. In contrast, the "boss" sometimes acts very impatient.

Fachlich bleiben sie weit hinter anderen Apotheken in St. Pölten zurück. Hinterlegte Rezepte werden nicht gefunden, meine Frau wurde unhöflich angeraunzt, als sie für mich Diabetiker Zubehör abholen sollte (nicht verschreibungspflichtig!). Die haben uns zum letzten mal gesehen und sind NICHT zu empfehlen. From my point of view, the staff is technically and personally incompetent. The staff makes you feel unwelcome and disturbing. In terms of expertise, they lag far behind other pharmacies in St. Pölten. Stored prescriptions are not found, my wife was grumbled impolite when she was asked to pick up diabetic accessories for me (no prescription required!). They saw us for the last time and are NOT recommended.

Always antigen tests available and the pharmacy testing is well organized and also at times (December 24th) when others are not offering anything

Die Handhabung mit Einsatzschein und nachreichen von Rezepten funktioniert hier nur bedingt, auch bei Stammkunden muss man den vollen Privatpreis zahlen, der im Nachhinein rückerstattet wird. Bei anderen Apotheken in St. Pölten funktioniert das wesentlich besser. The employees don't seem particularly friendly, and as a customer I don't feel very welcome. The handling of the assignment slip and subsequent submission of recipes only works to a limited extent, even with regular customers you have to pay the full private price, which is refunded afterwards. This works much better at other pharmacies in St. Pölten.

Absolut empfehlenswerte Apitheke mit einem Team höchster Sachkompetenz, Einsatzstärke und Freundlichkeit! I was impressed here: with a very, very extraordinary service orientation and with a perfect solution, where I had been told several times elsewhere that what I wanted was not available. Absolutely recommendable Apitheke with a team of the highest professional competence, commitment and friendliness!
