T	Tom Overs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for two nights using points (10,000 per night). Welcome was a little muted, staff not particularly cheery and none of the usual "thank you for your loyalty." Room was great, spacious and comfortable. Used the sauna which was a nice addition. Gym a little sparse but fine for a quick workout. Free shuttle bus was a nice perk. Never had trouble getting a space for two of us. Note it leaves bang on the minute, so be on time! Free apples in the lobby in the morning and there were some cakes in the afternoon Overall a good stay

M	Mirek L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good one night family stay for 80 EUR/ nihgt. The room clean and spacious (double queen bed), although partially a bit outdated (but it doesnt really cause an issue). Very quiet area. Garage parking for 20 EUR. 12 minutes by Uber to the Zoo.

Comfortable room. Only complaint is I had asked for a room away from the elevator and was told my request, which I know is not guaranteed, was accommodated. I was right next to the elevator.

He was attending to requests in the most friendly manner and trying his best to give us what we needed. I am thankful for such help as it made my stay almost like home. Thanks regards Debesh
