PhilsPlace - Triester Str. 64

PhilsPlace is a long-stay hotel suited for tourists, but for businessmen as well. It has a supermarket ("Merkur") as well as an italian themed pasta & pizza restaurant ("Vapiano") physically connected to the hotel. It has a spacious parking, an entrance for people with dissabilities, 3 or 2 elevators and a laundry room. The reception is right in front of the main entrance. Rooms are large, some come with iconic Austrian home devices (such as electric shutters, toilets with many different options, lights with adjustable brightness and dimness), walk-in closets/wardrobes etc. You don't have to use the large laundry room on ground level - rooms have their own washing machines and dishwashers - which is rarely found in other countries. Depending on the floor your room is located, you might walk in to find an astonishing view. The hotel itself is located in a good spot, nothing is too far away and when going back to the hotel it's easily recognisable because it's not closed-in or shut-off by other buildings so as to be missed like many other locations or hotels in Vienna. It's strongly recommended you have some sort of vehicle nearby the hotel or on the hotel's parking because, although it's in a good position and routes to a wanted destination are maneuverable with ease, it doesn't mean those same routes are short - Vienna is a very big place. A last detail - for fastfood fans there is a McDonalds 200 m away from the hotel.

I joined my daughter's family to visit Austria and Germany. It was very cold for me here because I am from San Diego California. Weather is pretty nice throughout the year. Philsplace has a unique apartment type rooms. Very big room with every possible amenity there. Even a little washer is there. It was so convenient to make our breakfast, wash Clothes and dry on temperature controlled rods. I loved the Place very much.

This place is very good. In Vienna it appears that every place is friendly and easy going. PhilsPlace on the otherhand is exceptionally good in my experience. The rooms are very big with kitchen and utensils to be used for cooking, which I would prefer if I have to stay in the city for a while. The view from the room is beautiful and the place is well connected. I never had such big rooms anywhere else (Stockholm, Brno, Paris, etc for such price) except Tiger Inn in Aurangabad, India, which was actually much cheaper than PhilsPlace :).

It's really hard to say anything negative about this apartment/hotel. I arrived here for an eleven night stay. Check in was good and my room had a problem with the electrics so I was shifted to another room immediately they dealt with the problem. There is supermarket just next door and a restaurant on the first floor very convenient. Also there are more restaurants and convenience stores just round the corner. There is also a gym on the second floor €5 for three hours good value for money! The location is not great but this I feel is related in the price. It takes around an hour to walk into the town centre but if you don't like walking I recommend you use uber.

It’s an exceptionally wonderful apartment. It’s specious with very clean. Nice wide view. Apartment with spacious closet, equipped kitchen. Parking is easy to get. Everything is so nearby.

Staying 3 nights at PhilsPlace on a business trip to Vienna. Contactless check-in. Spacious, quiet, comfortable apartment with plenty of cardboards for storage, even for long-term stay. Amazing view from room of filing traffic in and out of Vienna. A very thoughtful team took good care of necessary travelers (like us) in times of the pandemic.

Great room. Fully furnished. All looked brand new. The price was right and the location was ok.

For all business travellers this place is perfect fit! Higher the floor better the view and city is quite accessible from here through bus and tram! Nice location Staffs especially Klement who is the manager has taken care for a new comer like me very well! All reception staffs were friendly and spoke English which made things easier and comfortable Area for improvement: Not a big issue but TV all channels are only on German. Probably adding few international channels could feel better. Additional feature which they can improve. Overall great experience
