★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Ziviltechniker DI Weis von der IC-Group wurde beauftragt, bei einer Balkonsanierung Bauverträge abzuschließen und die begleitende Kontrolle zu übernehmen. Dabei wurde der Einreichplan NICHT eingehalten (es kam zu nicht korrekten, offensichtlich fehlerhaften Ausführungen). Des weiteren wurde die Balkonsanierung NORMWIDRIG ausgeführt. Das Unternehmen ignorierte sämtliche meiner Einwände. Bei den Schäden die bereits innerhalb von 2 Jahren aufgetreten sind fühlt sich die IC-Group nicht mehr zuständig. Wie geht man hier mit einer normwidrigen Sanierung um?
The civil engineer DI Weis from the IC-Group was commissioned to sign construction contracts for a balcony renovation and to take over the accompanying control. The submission plan was NOT adhered to (incorrect, obviously incorrect statements were made). The NORMWIDRIG balcony renovation was also carried out. The company ignored all of my objections. The IC-Group no longer feels responsible for damage that has already occurred within 2 years. How do you deal with a non-standard renovation?
