Positiv ist, dass die Rücksendung kostenlos war. Bis der richtige Ski bei mir ankam, dauerte es jedoch 2 Wochen. Auf E-Mails wurde stets freundlich und konstruktiv reagiert, telefonische Kontaktaufnahme um das Verfahren zu beschleunigen, waren jedoch nicht möglich. Alles in allem kann ich den Shop weiterempfehlen. Wer es eilig hat, muss Glück haben. Ich bestelle bei Bedarf wieder. The price-performance ratio of the goods offered is top, the delivery is via GLS. I was accidentally delivered the wrong ski size. On the plus side, the return was free. It took 2 weeks for me to get the right ski. E-mails were always responded to in a friendly and constructive manner, but telephone contact to speed up the process was not possible. All in all I can recommend the shop. If you are in a hurry, you must be lucky. I will order again if needed.

Eventuell wäre eine Pakettracking Möglichkeit der versendeten Ware von Vorteil für den Kunden. Very good value for money. Bought HEAD skis which were shipped super fast. Possibly a package tracking option for the shipped goods would be an advantage for the customer.

Fünf Tage später teilte man mir mit, die (angeblich längst versandten) Ski wären gar nicht mehr vorrätig. Es wurde mir ein Alternativartikel angeboten, der allerdings nicht meinen Vorstellungen entsprochen hat. Auf meine Anfrage, ob ich stattdessen ein preislich vergleichbares Paar Skier erhalten könnte, habe ich keine Antwort erhalten, sondern kommentarlos den Kaufpreis zurück erstattet bekommen. Immerhin muss man seinem Geld nicht auch noch nachlaufen, aber kundenfreundliche Kommunikation sieht anders aus!! Nachtrag: Dass mein Postfach zunächst voll war, ist möglich. Das habe ich direkt behoben. Die von mir alternativ vorgeschlagenen Ski sind sehr wohl auf der Internetseite zum Verkauf angeboten. Scheinbar entspricht aber die angebotene Ware nicht dem tatsächlichen Warenbestand. Das sollte man unbedingt ändern, sonst wird es wohl häufiger zu solch unschönen Fastverkäufen kommen. I ordered a pair of skis. I received a shipping confirmation the same day. Five days later, I was informed that the skis (supposedly long since shipped) were no longer in stock. I was offered an alternative item, but it did not meet my expectations. When I asked if I could get a pair of skis that was comparable in price instead, I received no answer, but was refunded the purchase price without comment. After all, you don't have to run after your money, but customer-friendly communication looks different!! Addendum: It's possible that my inbox was full at first. I fixed that straight away. The skis I suggested as an alternative are for sale on the website. Apparently, however, the goods offered do not correspond to the actual inventory. You should definitely change that, otherwise such ugly near sales will probably occur more often.
