Sehr angenehme und freundliche Mitreisende und vor allem einen vorzüglichen Busfahrer. Auch wurden wir im Bus bestens bedient. Somit eine wirklich schöne Reise. North and Baltic Sea round trip in July 2018 A really great trip with excellent hotels. Very pleasant and friendly fellow travelers and above all an excellent bus driver. We were also well served on the bus. So a really nice trip.

Ich erfuhr dies kurz vor meiner eigenen Reise von meiner Nachbarin welche das selbe Hotel gebucht und besucht hatte. Als ich das Reisebüro auf diese unakzeptable Situation Ansprach, bekam ich leider nur eine trockene vertröstung und bekam lediglich 80 EUR nach der Stornierung zurück. Da fragt man sich wieso weiss man nicht was man seinen Kunden empfiehlt und anbietet? Was ist das für eine vorgehensweise. Der komplette Urlaub endete bevor sie began. Keine empfehlung. My earlier comment was apparently deleted .. Eur 580 trip booked, in a hotel which was already without staff on the verge of bankruptcy. I found out about this shortly before my own trip from my neighbor who had booked and visited the same hotel. When I approached the travel agency about this unacceptable situation, I unfortunately only received a dry consolation and only got 80 EUR back after the cancellation. You ask yourself why you don't know what you recommend and offer to your customers? What kind of procedure is that. The entire vacation ended before it began. No recommendation.

Absolutes,freundliche kompetente Frau sie hat sich extrem nett und kompetent verhalten. Als Chef so einer tollen Firma wäre ich sehr stolz.Werde und habe ich schon weiterempfohlen. Vielen Dank Was in the travel agency in December, hsbe despite difficult entry to Thailand because of flight, asq hotel etc. no problems on entry.
