Als sie ihre Stadt Feldkirch Gutscheine aus der Geldtasche holte, wurde sie von der Kassiererin angefahren, sie solle bitte nächstes mal die Gutscheine auseinanderfallten. Als meine Schwester versuchte, ihr zu erklären, dass sie diese als Geschenk bekam und nichts dafür kann,dass sie so gefaltet sind bekam sie nur als antwort : das glaub ich nicht das man Gutscheine so bekommt. Meine Schwester zeigte darauf hin den nächsten Gutschein welcher ebenfalls als Fecher gefaltet war um es glaubhaft zu machen. Ich verstehe das es für das Personal einen Aufwand ist, die Gutscheine auseinander zu Falten, aber einen höflichen Umgangston wäre angemessen!!! Went shopping with my sisters. When she took vouchers out of her wallet for her city of Feldkirch, she was hit by the cashier, she should please fall apart the vouchers next time. When my sister tried to explain to her that she got this as a present and that she can't help it that they are folded like that, she only got the answer: I don't think you can get vouchers like that. My sister then showed the next voucher which was also folded as a fan to make it plausible. I understand that it is a hassle for the staff to fold the vouchers apart, but a polite tone would be appropriate!
