Nachdem der inkompetente Mitarbeiter, mit dem die Kommunikation unprofessionell und überdurchschnittlich mühsam abgelaufen ist, das Unternehmen verlassen hat, war die Kommunikation durchaus zufriedenstellend. Im Großen und Ganzen als Bau-Laie muss ich sagen, dass die Bauarbeiten soweit ordentlich verlaufen sind. Auch im direkten Vergleich mit anderen Bauherren gab es beim Bau selbst wenige Komplikationen. Nach nicht einmal einem Jahr waren Bruchstellen in der Fassade erkennbar, die keine normalen Setzungsrisse waren. Im Rahmen der Gewährleistung wurde die komplette Fassade in der darauffolgenden Saison erneuert. Die Bruchstelle ist aus unerklärlichen Gründen wieder aufgetreten und die Fassade wurde 4 Jahre nach Fertigstellung nochmals im Rahmen der Gewährleistung erneuert. Update on my rating! Even in direct comparison with other builders, there were few complications during the construction itself. After less than a year, cracks in the facade that were not normal settlement cracks were visible. As part of the warranty, the entire facade was renewed in the following season. The breakage occurred again for inexplicable reasons and the facade was renewed 4 years after completion as part of the warranty.

Schließlich geht es hier um eine Lebensentscheidung, die man nicht einfach schnell mal so trifft. Wenn ein Erstgespräch derart inkompetent, unhöflich und präpotent abrennt, möchte ich mir nicht ausmalen, wie weitere Planungsschritte abrennen würden... Man hat sich in dem Beratungsgespräch sofort wohl und verstanden gefühlt und Wir freuen uns schon auf die Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma hekuri und auf unser neues Zuhause !!! M	Markus Kamleitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich war sehr zufrieden und das Haus steht bereits 6 Jahre. Die Gewährleistungsthemen im wirklich sehr, sehr kleinen Rahmen wurden professionell gelöst. Die Kosten wurden eingehalten, Zusätze aufgrund der Höhe nur selten bestellt aber es war immer eine Zusammenarbeit. Es handelt sich um eine Baufirma und auch bei der Bezahlung wurde immer erst nach Fertigstellung des Zahlungsplans die ganze Summe überwiesen. Auch das war wenn nachvollziehbar nie ein Thema. So I was very satisfied and the house has been standing for 6 years. The warranty issues on a really, very small scale were professionally resolved. The costs were kept, supplements were rarely ordered due to the amount, but it was always a collaboration. It is a construction company and the payment was only transferred in full after the payment plan had been completed. Even that was never an issue, if understandable.
D	Der Rote Baron (RoteBaron) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor Jahren (schätze 6-7Jahre) haben wir uns im 19.bez von Herrn Zimmermann beraten lassen. Meine Frage war ganz einfach, dachschrägen wollten wir nicht, ob wir statt dessen walmdach haben können daraufhin sagte der Sunnyboy das Geld werde ich nicht haben. Ich mein wenn ich ein Haus haben möchte und sogar von der Baufirma bauen lassen möchte dann sollte ich auch entscheiden dürfen was für ein Dachform ich will. Sehr unseriös, die art wir er überhaupt mit kunden redet, wie gut das ich damals ihm nicht wine verpasst habe. Über die Baufirma kann ich aber nichts sagen, hab mich ja auch anders entschieden bei eine andere firma konnte ich mir sogar kostenlos dachform aussuchen...... Years ago (estimated 6-7 years) we took advice from Mr. Zimmermann in the 19th bez. My question was very simple, we didn't want sloping ceilings, whether we could have a hipped roof instead, so the sunny boy said I won't have the money. I mean, if I want to have a house and even have it built by the construction company, then I should be able to decide what kind of roof I want. Very dubious, the way he talks to customers at all, how good that I didn't give him wine at the time. But I can't say anything about the construction company, I decided differently with another company, I was even able to choose a roof shape for free ......

Das hatten wir alles nicht. Von der Erstberatung, über die Grundstücksvermittlung, Planung, Kosten, bis hin zur Qualität war alles wie vereinbart und zur vollster Zufriedenheit. Fair, bodenständig und korrekt - findet man selten genug, daher muss es erwähnt werden. Danke Fa. Hekuri!! I very rarely write online reviews, but in our environment we have noticed how many "problems" are almost normal in the first few years. We didn't have any of that. From the initial consultation, to the property brokerage, planning, costs and quality, everything was as agreed and to our complete satisfaction.
