★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da wird Definitiv nie wieder Eingekauft.
Ware ins falsche Lager geliefert, aufgrund mangelnder Kommunikation der MA unter sich...
1) In Ried bestellt - Abholung in Wien gewünscht, wurde trotzdem nach Ried geliefert! Hab das ganze dann Privat auf eigene kosten abholen können. Im Nachhinein gab es eine Entschädigung vom Zulieferer
2) In Ried zur Revision abgegeben, Abholung am Standort Ried ausgemacht - lt. SMS auch Ried zur Abholung bereit, jedoch wurde es plötzlich nach Wien geliefert. Die Info wurde mir aber erst vor Ort (Ried) mitgeteilt....
2x Hin und Rückfahrt Wien-Ried(insgesamt 1100km) aufgrund versagen mancher MA in kauf nehmen müssen. Daraufhin wurde uns eine "Entschädigung/Rabatt" beim nächsten Kauf versprochen. Seit heute weiß ich es das es mehr als 20€ nicht werden.
 Definitely will never shop there again.
Goods delivered to the wrong warehouse due to a lack of communication between the employees...
1) Ordered in Ried - wanted collection in Vienna, was delivered to Ried anyway! I was able to pick up the whole thing privately at my own expense. In retrospect, there was compensation from the supplier
2) Handed in for revision in Ried, pick-up at the Ried location arranged - according to SMS, Ried is also ready for pick-up, but it was suddenly delivered to Vienna. The information was only given to me on site (Ried)....
2x return trip Vienna-Ried (1100km in total) due to the failure of some MAs. We were then promised a "compensation/discount" for the next purchase. Since today I know that it will not be more than 20 €.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche küchenberater . Als zwei frei Berater wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich für eine Küchenplanung nicht bedient werden könne, da ein Kollege einen Termin in halbe Stunde hatte. Ok, aber das zweite? Schade um die Produkte, die sie anbieten, weil sie schön sind, aber die Arbeiter lassen viel zu wünschen übrig.
Aber minimal kann mit mir 10 min reden und kurz informieren wegen was muß ich machen wann komme ich für eine Küchenplanung. Aus diesem Grund musste ich zum Nachbar gehen, um meine Küche zu planen.
Schade!!!
Very unfriendly kitchen advisor. As two free consultants, I was informed that I could not be served for kitchen planning because a colleague had an appointment in half an hour. Ok, but the second? Shame about the products they offer because they are beautiful but the workers leave a lot to be desired.
But minimal can talk to me for 10 minutes and give me brief information about what I have to do and when I can come for a kitchen planning. For this reason I had to go to the neighbor to plan my kitchen.
Pity!!!

Korous kennen, welcher den Einkauf für uns unkompliziert und professionell abwickelte. Für uns ein Glückstreffer, denn nicht alle Tage wird man von der obersten Führungsetage betreut. Hut ab! Absolute Empfehlung und bis bald!
Best advice and top product in the bed department. By chance we also got to know the extremely likeable, competent managing director Mr. Mag. Korous, who handled the purchase for us in an uncomplicated and professional manner. A stroke of luck for us, because not every day you are looked after by the top management level. Hats off! Absolute recommendation and see you soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Äußerst unfreundlich und inkompetent. Zudem Arogant und Falsch gegen über den Kunden. Kann dieses Geschäft nicht empfehlen. Ganz im Gegenteil, ich persönlich werde es nicht mehr besuchen und dort einkaufen. Für mich hat es sich erledigt. Kaufe beim nächsten Mal lieber per Internet bei jemand anders ein.
Extremely rude and incompetent. Also arrogant and false towards the customer. Can't recommend this shop. On the contrary, I personally will not visit and shop there again. It's over for me. Next time I'd rather shop online from someone else.
