Wenn man wissen will, wann ungefähr abgeholt wird kommt die Antwort "Im Laufe des Tages". Das wäre ja noch ok. Wenn man aber wissen will wan spätestens abgeholt wird, dann hört man nur noch "Unsere Öffnungszeiten sind bis 19:00 Uhr". Trotz wiederholter Nachfrage ob die Ware wirklich erst um 19:00 Uhr abgeholt werden könnte, kommt immer nur die gleiche Antwort. Wenn man jemanden sprechen will, der eine klarere Antwort geben kann, wird man in eine Warteschleife gehängt und dort bleibt man dann hängen. Solange bis man irgendwann entnervt aufhängt. Na ja, für jemanden der die Geduld aufbringt ... The telephone staff is pretty clueless. And not exactly friendly. Personal völlig ahnungslos Absolute Katastrophe. You will be informed at short notice that the planned pick-up and delivery will not work on the date, but you will still be charged totally excessive prices. Staff completely clueless
