Dr. Eva Eggl-Tyl - Märzstraße 49

Die Frau Doktor hat mich nicht behandelt weil ich nicht geimpft bin obwohl sie 3G nachweis möchten. (Ich war getestet) Sie hat mir ur Druck gemacht und meinte wegen uns kommt die 4 Welle. Sehr frech und unkompetenz,ob ich getestet oder geimpft bin hat sie nichts zum interessieren. Sie sollte lieber ihre arbeiten machen. Hatte um 9.10 Termin und wurde erst um 9.43 aufgerufen. Musste sogar noch 10 min. in der Zimmer warten.

Nie wieder gehe ich zu dieser Ärztin. Unhöflich obwohl ich immer bemüht bin, höflich zu sein und auch längere Wartezeiten in Kauf nehme. Habe 60 min gewartet und nachdem ich dran genommen worden bin, habe ich der Ärztin mein Problem geschildert, sie hat nicht einmal einen ordentlichen Blick darauf geworfen und mir irgendeine Salbe verschrieben. Insgesamt war ich keine Minute in der Ordination. Sie erklärt nichts und man muss ihr was aus der Nase ziehen und danach wird man noch von ihr angepampt! Nie wieder!

Bin sehr zufrieden. Bin jedes Mal sehr gut beraten und behandelt worden. Die Ordination ist äußerst kompetent und freundlich. Empfehlenswert.

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Vertretungsarzt Dr Tzovaras. Kann die negative Kritik nicht nachvollziehen, empfinde ihn absolut kompetent. Habe bereits mehrere Familienmitglieder und Freunde zu ihm geschickt, auch sie sind alle zufrieden mit ihm.

Neukunde: schnelle Terminvergabe zwecks Kontrolle, Wartezeit mit ca. 40 Minuten natürlich unter aller Sau, trotzdem kürzer als ich es gewohnt bin. Wohl überall das Selbe - daher 5 Sterne. Fr. Doktor macht einen netten, sympathischen Eindruck.

I was at the substitute doctor. Very pleasurable expierience, the doctor was able to find a solution for a YEAR LONG problem in no time. Thank you very very much, incredible. All the best.

I had an appointment before going there, and still I’ve waited 1 hour and 15 minutes! The receptionist didn’t even bother to tell me to wait outside, instead we were 15 people in the small waiting room. The consultation was 3 minutes top of useless information. Not going back.

Had an appointment today with the male dermatologist (he was rather rude when having the first appointment two weeks ago). When arriving there on time today, I was told that the appointment has been delayed and that I should come back. The assistant wasn't able to tell me when exactly - minimum 40 minutes. She said that the doctor put two other patients in front of me. I asked why they do not call their patients when they reschedule appointments. No answer. She then went to ask the doctor about the approximate waiting-time, and arrived back a view minutes later in order to tell me, that the doctor couldn't say for sure. She also said, and this time somewhat differently, that the doctor has taken on these 2 other patients who are not insured at the Gebietskrankenkasse. Those private patients would pay him 200 Euro instanly each. I was flubbergasted! I was asked if I would like to have a new appointment. I said no, because I would go to a different dermatologist instead. It's not possible to tell anything about their actual medical competences obviously. The other part however was the opposite of competence. Something is going wrong over there. Nachtrag bzgl. Antwort von Frau Eggl-Tyl: Es lag hier ganz gewiss kein Missverständnis kommunikativer Natur vor! Weder auf Seiten ihrer Mitarbeiterin, noch bei mir. Diese Unterstellung sowie das vollständige Ausbleiben einer Entschuldigung ihrerseits, unterstreicht die fragwürdige Handhabe. Im Übrigen befanden sich zum Zeitpunkt meiner Anwesenheit in ihrer Ordination 7 Personen in ihren 2 kleinen Wartebereichen. Ihre Mitarbeiterin orderte, die ihrerseits für mich entstandene Wartezeit draußen (also "auf der Strasse") zu verbringen. There hasn't been any language problem during the communication at all. Neither on my side nor the assistants side. This wrong presumtion and the lack of an apology underlines the questionable handling. Furthermore, while being there, there were 7 people present in the 2 small waiting areas. The assistant basically ordererd me to wait "outside" - so "on the street".
