Hautarzt Dr. Babak Adib - Mittersteig 18

Ich war vor einem Jahr einmal bei Dr Adib und kann leider nichts gutes berichten, ich war damals dort wegen meinem Zeh er war stark entzündet und verfärbt, den Termin hab ich sehr schnell bekommen da kann man wirklich nichts sagen, ich musste auch nicht lange warten, ich habe dann Medikamente bekommen und ein Fußbad was das lindern sollte, was leider nicht geholfen hat. Dann bekam ich einen 2ten Termin wo alles gleich mal anders verlief, die Schlange ging raus bis auf die Straße also wurden die Termine zur corona Zeit nicht so gelegt das nicht zig Patienten warten müssen, was als schwangere zu der Zeit natürlich toll war auf der Straße bei Sonnenschein ohne in der Ordination sitzen zu können. Mir wurde das selbe Fußbad nochmal verschieben mit einer anderen Konsistenz da der Herr der mich zuvor untersuchte wohl ne falsche Information gab. Dann hat er mir ein Medikament gegeben was ich in der ssw nicht nehmen konnte, noch dazu meinte er mann könne den Nagel nicht entfernen und soll man auch nicht, ich bin dann von selbst ins akh gefahren und die meinten sehr wohl der Nagel muss unbedingt weg, und siehe da mir geht es besser und der Nagel wächst nach. Sehr schade eigentlich da man nur Gutes gehört hatte

wenn etwas dringendes ist kann man nach telefonischer Absprache mit Wartezeiten hingehen. wenn es um genaue Fragen geht kann der Arzt keine richtige Auskunft geben er sagt was man dagegen tun kann.

Gut organisiert, freundliche Beratung trotz vieler - anstrengender - Patienten. Telefon wurde prompt beantwortet, Termin dauert dann halt ... ist so auf Kasse. Aber völlig im Rahmen. Behandlung einwandfrei. Kann die negativen Beurteilungen persönlich nicht nachvollziehen. Gerne wieder ist bei jedem Arzt übertrieben aber wenns sein muss dann hier.

Wie bei allen Fachärzten muss man auf einen Termin etwas warten, aber wenn es etwas Akutes ist, wird man auch freundlich vorgereiht. In dieser Praxis achtet man sehr auf die Hygieneregeln, das ist angenehm. Die Ärztin/der Arzt sind kompetent und ein kleiner Eingriff wurde auch sofort und ohne Komplikationen durchgeführt. Auch das Gespräch mit mir als Patient war stets freundlich, verständlich und ohne Zeitdruck. Man nimmt sich für den Patienten hier die Zeit, die notwendig ist. Ich war und bin zufrieden.

Very bad service : I just have an appointment on Wednesday 10.12 on 12:00 PM I wait for this appointment for one month ... when i had this appointment i didn’t know that i have to wait also more after arriving to they call me but what’s happen i kept waiting my turn like someone without appointment and it takes 45 minutes and unfortunately no call ... people coming in and out with no attention for you ! So i went to the reception lady to complain and to told her that please cancel my name from the list as i want to leave... i expected that she will apologize or say something... but nothing happened she looked at me okay as you like sir .... so i told her thank you guys for this very bad service! Sehr schlechter Service : Ich habe gerade einen Termin am Mittwoch 10.12 auf 12:00 Uhr Ich warte auf diesen Termin für einen Monat ... als ich diesen Termin hatte, wusste ich nicht, dass ich auch mehr warten muss, nachdem ich angekommen bin, dass sie mich anrufen, aber was passiert, ich habe weiter gewartet wie jemand ohne Termin und es dauert 45 Minuten und leider kein Anruf ... Menschen kommen in und aus ohne Aufmerksamkeit für Sie ! Also ging ich zur Rezeptiondame, um mich zu beschweren und ihr zu sagen, dass bitte meinen Namen von der Liste stornieren, da ich gehen möchte... Ich erwartete, dass sie sich entschuldigen oder etwas sagen wird... aber nichts passierte sie sah mich okay, wie Sie wie Sir .... also sagte ich ihr danke Jungs für diesen sehr schlechten Service!

I dont recommend at all. I went there with problem on my skin, my whole legs were covered with red spots and it was itching. First of all ,the assistant on registration was very rude. She sent me to one female doctor. It took just 2 minutes, just two. She even didnt look at my skin, she was keeping to sit on her place. No question at all, and she just wrote me recipe . When i asked what it can be, answer was "maybe allergy or maybe infection, if these will not help , come again".so what she gave me didnt help me at all, now my full body covered with red spot...and looking for other doctor

Rude!! Really rude The lady in reciption behaves like if she will pay my treatment costs. In rude, stupid and uncivilized way she asked me to wash my hand. And sanitizer was inside the bathroom. So, I had to get inside bathroom to rub myhand by alcohol!! Of course bathrooms may be the cleanest rooms in this clinic!! I do not know about the doctor work because the reciptionist gave bad impression.

Very Rude!never again!! The Assistant made me cry! I am pregnant and I got very bad allergy in my whole breast and stomach area, today I tried to call praxis and make an appointment, I tried to speak with someone in praxis but it was busy all the time(I called from 9-12) , so I took a taxi and went there to make an appointment, the old lady told me I can get an appointment today but she doesn’t know how long should I wait, it may take more than 3 Hours and I have to wait outside, I asked her very politely if it is possible for me to sit inside, because of pregnancy I can’t stay on my foot more than 20 Minutes, she yelled at me very loud that I am not allowed to stay inside and if I don’t want to stay outside I will not get an appointment!! I asked her if she can make me an appointment for the next week and again she yelled at me and even louder than last time!! I couldn’t control myself, I ran out and cried all the way home!
