A child dermatologist who offers a 2-year-old with an acute rash an appointment in 6 weeks at the earliest does not deserve the name.

Sehr hohe Preise und die Sprechstundenhilfe war unfreundlich! Schade! Wartezeit war in Ordnung (haben 15Min gewartet). Kann Dr. Bonelli somit stark weiterempfehlen! Very polite and technically excellent! Very modern and beautiful practice! Employees appear friendly and trained. Waiting time was ok (we waited 15min). Can Dr. Strongly recommend Bonelli!

Mein Wunsch Honorarnoten hinkünftig per Überweisung und nicht - wie in den 1990ziger - ausschließlich in Bar zu bezahlen (es gibt keine Möglichkeit mit Bankomat oder Kreditkarte zu bezahlen) hat zu einer telefonischen Terminabsage - durch die Ärztin selbst - geführt. Dies zwei Tage bevor der Termin stattfinden hätte sollen. Eigenartig. Quirky experience through and through. My wish in the future to pay fee bills by bank transfer and not - as in the 1990s - exclusively in cash (there is no possibility to pay with ATM or credit card) has led to an appointment cancellation by telephone - by the doctor herself. This two days before the appointment should have taken place. Strange.

Per Mail und telefonisch gut erreichbar und antwortet rasch. Ich bin sehr froh diese Ärztin gefunden zu haben und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen! Very friendly doctor! I feel very comfortable with her and after many unsuccessful attempts at therapy by other doctors, she was finally able to help me with my symptoms! Easily accessible by email and phone and responds quickly. I am very happy to have found this doctor and can only recommend her!
