A	Anita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Arzt ist sehr empfehlenswert! Sehr kompetent, bemüht und vorallem sehr genau übersieht nichts und dafür nimmt er sich ausreichend Zeit. Die Wartezeit ist nicht dramatisch und es gibt kein Grund zu klagen. The doctor is highly recommended! Very competent, hard-working and, above all, very carefully overlooked nothing and he takes enough time for that. The wait is not dramatic and there is nothing to complain about.

Danke, dass man auch als Kassenpatient so zuvorkommend behandelt wird. Called at short notice by phone. Since I am flexible in scheduling appointments, I was able to present at the ordination on the same day. Thank you for being treated so courteously even as a health insurance patient.
j	joerg pattiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie die medizinische Betreuung ist, kann ich leider nicht beurteilen, da ich, wie mir bei Nachfrage nach über einer Stunde mitgeteilt wurde, im Wartezimmer "vergessen" wurde. Schade, zwei Stunden Lebens-/Arbeitszeit verschwendet... Unfortunately, I can't judge what the medical care is like, because, as I was told when I asked for more than an hour, I was "forgotten" in the waiting room. Too bad, two hours of life/work time wasted...

Aber eine Absolute Frechheit bei einen Termin warten zu müssen über 3 Stunden für 8 min beim Doktor drinnen zu sein.. Während alle was in Nachhinein vor einen darann kommen. Ich bin zwar jung.. lasse gerne wem vor. Aber ich dies für eine absolut bodenlose Frechheit.. und Inkompetenz ... der Ordination Helferin! Und dann ist sie auch noch ignorant dazu. Gebe ich der Ärzte kammer weiter.. der Doktor ist trotzdem sehr nett It is one thing if I am late to give an appointment by 30 minutes and then have to wait. Man macht sich ein Termin aus wartet auf den Termin einen Monat und kommt pünktlich, damit ich trotz eines Termines mindestens eine Stunde warten kann ist eine Frechheit. Das Back Office ist sehr unfreundlich und unprofessional. Antwort mir „gehen Sie dann zu einem anderen Arzt“. Bei so einer Antwort sieht man, dass der Patienten keine große Rolle spielt sondern es geht ums Geld. E-Carde rein- E-Card raus!;) Leider fehlt es dem Team an Zeitmanagement. „Es ist eine notfall“ reingekommen meinte die Mitarbeiterin, da erwarte ich mir ein kurzen Anruf, damit ich nicht extra vom meiner Arbeit fernbleibe. Alle die einen knappen Terminkalender haben, sind leider hier bei diesem Arzt an der falschen Stelle. Unfortunately, one star is too many.
