Ich hatte beide Ohrhörer versichert und musste nur mehr ca. 290,-€ für einen neuen bezahlen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Hansaton und vorallem mit dem Mitarbeiter Martin. Er hat immer ein offenes Ohr für meine Probleme und er löst die immer wieder I had my first year of service at Hansaton and had a problem that my right earbud could no longer be found. I had both earphones insured and only had to pay around € 290 for a new one. I am very satisfied with Hansaton and especially with the employee Martin. He always has an open ear for my problems and he always solves them
