Bei einer Reklamation jedoch musste ich mir leider einen sehr unpassenden Kommentar anhören. Anscheinend geht diese Filiale zu gut, da sie lieber auf einen zufriedenen Kunden verzichten als diesen zufrieden zu stellen. Da ich immer mal gerne ein anderes Brillengestell trage, habe ich derzeit mehrere Brillen in Nutzung. Bei jeder Beratung ist dieses Team in dieser Filiale perfekt. Sie arbeiten so zuverlässig und die Beratung ist einfach TOP. Die Brillen werden immer schnell teilweise innerhalb einer Stunde gefertigt. Auch Anpassungen außerhalb der Neubestellungen sind immer freundlich und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit umgesetzt worden. Ich empfehle diese Filiale, das Team ist sehr Kompetent und Kundenorientiert! Da ich folgendes im Geschäft beobachten durfte. Sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter, ich war sehr beeindruckt über die Freundlichkeit und die schnelle Bearbeitung meiner Wünsche. Man hat in diesem Geschäft den Eindruck, dass kein Wunsch unmöglich ist. Was mir auch bei anderen Kunden aufgefallen ist die sich "nur umsehen" wollen ist das, dass Personal sich nicht ungut aufdrängt. Sobald man aber eine Frage hat wird einem schnellst möglich geholfen. Aber anscheinend ist man nicht auf Kunden angewiesen bzw. schickt Sie - weil man eine Maskenbefreiung hat - vor das Geschäft um andere Kunden nicht zu gefährden. Das ist eine Frechheit und total diskriminiert. Es ist auch kein Problem wenn man höflich und nett auf den Umstand hingewiesen wird aber nicht in einem unfreundlichen Befehlston. Zum Glück ist ein anderes Brillengeschäft in der Arena froh über Kunden - einfach herrlich, da wo der Kunde noch König ist. Leider muss man einen Stern vergeben, ansonsten wäre dieses Verhalten natürlich 0 Sterne wert. Unfortunately totally unfriendly - hardly or never people in the shop. Now you can understand why! Es wurden nur die teuersten Brillen vorgestellt obwohl man darum gebeten hat die "billigeren" Varianten zu sehen. Ebenso wurde nicht auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse eingegangen und man wurde herablassend behandelt. Auch die Gläser der Brille sind sehr teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen. (Auch hier wurde wieder nur die teuerste Variante vorgestellt!!) Wir wurden in einer anderen Filiale in der Arena mit offenen Armen empfangen und sehr professionell und gut beraten. Wir konnten das gleiche Gestell in dieser Filiale finden und zahlten nur einen Bruchteil der Kosten! Ich würde diese Filiale niemanden empfehlen! Der Service und die Umsetzung sind schlechteste Qualität. Ebenso geht man mit einem leeren Geldbeutel nachhause!!! The service was very unfriendly and there was no good advice. p	ptuheim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind zum Wutscher in der Arena Fohnsdorf, nahe Judenburg, für die Gläser. Vor einiger Zeit, da war ein Mitarbeiter, die Alles verkehrt herum gemacht hat. Die arbeitet nicht mehr im Geschäft. So, sind wir zurück mit diesem Problem und der Herr Mitarbeiter hat sich so viel Zeit genommen, mit Augentest und Gläsertest, und Kontaktlinsen Test, über mehrere Stunden. Und dann waren die Kontaktlinsen für die Weite korrigiert, die Gläser fürs nahe Arbeiten, die Lesegläser für dazwischen. Kompliziert alles abzupassen aufeinander. Aber mit viel Geduld und Verständnis der Lehre und Mathematik, ist das gelungen. Der Mitarbeiter hat mehr getan als jemals erwartet werden könnte. Die Arbeitsgläser wurden kostenlos ersetzt, und die Post zum schicken auch übernommen. Die Atmosphere im Geschäft ist freundlich von allen Mitarbeitern. Die Gläser sind top quality und wir finden das der Preis zu Leistung Verhältnis auf normalen Niveau steht. Wir empfehlen dieses Geschäft mit 5 Sternen! She no longer works in the shop. So, we are back with this problem and the employee took so much time with the eye test, glasses test, and contact lens test, over several hours. And then the contact lenses were corrected for distance, the glasses for close work, the reading glasses for in between. Complicated to match everything. But with a lot of patience and understanding of teaching and mathematics, we succeeded. The employee did more than could ever be expected. The work glasses were replaced free of charge, and the post was also taken over for sending. The atmosphere in the shop is friendly from all employees.
