★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte leider ein Problem mit meiner BIOS batterie, habe diese selbst getauscht, dabei allerdings mein Mainboard beschädigt. Wurde dann innerhalb von 3 Tagen ausgetauscht, neuet Prozessor, neue Kühlung und ne SSD reingemacht. Viele gute Tipps erhalten, sehr zu empfehlen.
Unfortunately I had a problem with my BIOS battery, I replaced it myself, but damaged my mainboard. Was then exchanged within 3 days, new processor, new cooling and a new SSD put in. Lots of good tips received, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte ein „dickes“ Problem mit meinem alten Akku beim HP Omen Laptop. Dieser hatte sich nach einiger Zeit immer mehr aufgebläht, sodass ein Austausch unumgänglich war.
Muss ehrlich gestehen, der Service ist nicht zu toppen. Kam letzte Woche zur Randzeit, das Gerät wurde sofort aufgeschraubt und gesichtet. Der alte Akku entfernt und sofort ein neuer bestellt. Heute angekommen, wurde ich sofort angerufen, wann ich Zeit hätte, vorbeizukommen, damit der Einbau erledigt werden kann. Bin gleich zum Geschäft. Ging dann alles rasch und ohne jegliche Komplikationen über die Bühne.
Auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist spitze.
Spätestens jetzt hat das Geschäft/Der Inhaber einen mehr als zufriedenen Neukunden für sich gewonnen. Weiter so!
I had a "big" problem with my old battery on the HP Omen laptop. After a while this had inflated more and more, so that an exchange was inevitable.
I honestly have to admit, the service can't be topped. Came last week at the edge time, the device was screwed on immediately and spotted. The old battery is removed and a new one is immediately ordered. Arrived today, I was immediately called when I would have time to come over so that the installation can be done. I'm about to go to business. Then everything went quickly and without any complications.
The price / performance ratio is also great.
At least now, the business / owner has won a more than satisfied new customer. Keep it up!

The shop offers a broad spectrum of goods and services from cheap to really high end devices which you cannot get anywhere else in this region.
